Business Analyst – Business Process Improvement

• They will work with stakeholders to gather requirements and build category templates in fieldglass
• Must have configuration knowledge/experience with Fieldglass SOW module.
• Supporting the development and improvement of internal processes and systems
• Responsible for managing internal projects
• Responsible for synthesizing the Contingent Worker management and Services Management process and application solutions through the interpretation of client business requirements.
• Manages the configuration of Fieldglass application to support Spare Hands Network operations.
• Manages projects activities as assigned by project manager through the project lifecycle, inclusive of design sessions, confirm business scenarios for testing, reviewing and approving test plans and ensuring the appropriate end user acceptance testing is obtained and assist in the creation of the stabilization plan.
• Conduct functional impact analysis for new business processes and for modification of existing business processes to configuration or application changes.
• Provides quality assurance review of the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed or recommend additional enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate degree required.
• SAP Fieldglass certification preferred.
• Prior experience and proficiency as a Vendor Management System administrator.
• Minimum of 3 years in software implementation/support experience, preferably within a technology organization supporting web hosted applications.
• SAP Fieldglass application knowledge is highly preferred.
• Experience in a vendor management/contingent labor role a plus.
• Configuration management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Contingent Worker and Vendor Management business processes; and ability to translate them into IT requirements to satisfy financial planning and reporting obligations.
• Specific understanding of key technical components required to provide functional and operational support to the business, including effort estimates and resource management required.
• Financial Services industry experience is desirable.
• Collaborative, adaptable, flexible team orientation is required; must be flexible to take on new or different tasks depending on what's needed.
• Ability to initiate and prioritize multiple threads of work efforts and deadlines.
• Ability to gather requirements, functional and technical effort estimates for solution design and realization.
• Ability to manage and execute application configuration based on business requirements.
• Experience supporting and influencing internal stakeholders across varying levels of leadership.
• Anticipates potential project related problems and is capable of rendering sound solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, including change impact analysis to existing solutions.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work successfully across organizational lines and influence outcomes.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, both in person and on the telephone.
• Must be able to pay close attention to complex detail and understand written and oral instruction
