🚀 Introducing the EDGE Framework For years, I’ve led enterprise transformation, scaled multi-site healthcare operations, and guided integration across complex systems. What I learned? Most leaders don’t struggle because they lack ambition. They struggle because they lack structure. Create shared accountability. 🔹 E — Execute Embed cadence. Track performance. Sustain discipline. Adjust deliberately. Most transformation efforts fail because one of these phases is skipped. Vision without Evaluate creates blind spots. Change without Design creates chaos. Alignment without Guide creates compliance. Strategy without Execute creates drift.
