Transferring Learning history is not a feature that’s available for Library users.
If you have access to more than one LinkedIn Learning account, you may wish to share history or sync activity across accounts.
Please review the following frequently-asked-questions for more detail on managing your history across Learning accounts.
You have multiple Learning accounts (such as an organization-provided license and a personal or Premium learning subscription) and you’re trying to watch a course on your organization's Learning license that you started on another account. To continue the course on your organization-provided account, you’ll need to sync your learning activity.
You’ll be able to continue and share your progress on courses that you started on your other Learning accounts with your organization.
Yes. When you switch to a bound profile from an unbound profile, LinkedIn Learning retains your viewing history and completions.
Your organization can see your learning history (such as courses viewed or completed). This only applies to courses you started on your other accounts and continue to watch on your organization-provided account.
Here's a tip
Your organization will always be able to see progress on courses that you started on your organization-provided and continued on a different Learning account.

If you choose not to transfer your learning activity, you’ll need to continue the course on the Learning account where you started.
Yes. You can change this at any time in your settings.
To sync Learning activity across accounts:

Log into Learning.

Click Me in the top right of your Learning homepage.

From the dropdown that appears, scroll down and click Settings.

Scroll down to Sync my learning activity from other accounts.

Toggle On to share all learning history with your organization.
To un-sync Learning activity across accounts:

Log into Learning.

Click Me in the top right of your Learning homepage.

From the dropdown that appears, scroll down and click Settings.

Scroll down to Sync my learning activity from other accounts.

Toggle Off to stop sharing learning history with your organization.
To change where a course from your Learning history can be viewed:

Log into Learning.

Click Me in the top right of your Learning homepage.
- Verify that the account listed under your name is the account you wish to transfer your data to. If it isn’t, switch accounts.

From the dropdown that appears, scroll down and click Learning History.

To the right of the course you wish to update, click More and select Transfer activity from the dropdown.

A pop-up box will appear with information about the transfer. Click Transfer activity if you wish to share or un-share the information with your organization.
