Your form responses now sync to Notion automatically. We shipped Notion integration for AntForms. How it works: 1. Connect your Notion workspace via OAuth. Takes 30 seconds. 2. Create a new database or pick an existing one. 3. Map form fields to Notion properties. Auto-mapping handles most of it. 4. Every new submission lands in your Notion database instantly. No Zapier. No manual exports. No copy-pasting rows at 11 PM. Each form supports up to 3 Notion connections, so you can route responses to different team databases. If your Notion token expires, the connection auto-disables after 3 failed attempts. You never silently lose data. Free for all AntForms users. No paid tier required. Video walkthrough of the full setup in the first comment. What integration do you wish every form builder had? #SaaS #Notion

Most booking flows make people type their name and email twice. Once in the form. Then again on Cal.com. We just shipped a native Cal.com block in AntForms that closes that gap: 1. Prefill the booking from earlier form answers. Name, email, company - whatever they already filled in carries straight into the booking screen. 2. Show different calendars based on form logic. "Company size: 500+" routes to the founder's calendar. Solo dev gets the generic intro link. One form, the right meeting for each lead. 3. Treat the booked slot as a logic input. The next block can branch on whether someone actually picked a time, or which event type they chose - so a paid-demo booker sees a different thank-you than an intro call. The double-entry is where leads drop off. Everything else is plumbing. What's the worst form-to-calendar handoff your team has lived with? #SaaS #NoCode

Someone fills out your form. Then someone copies it into your CRM. Then someone emails the confirmation. Then someone adds them to the spreadsheet. You hired humans to do robot work. AntForms now connects to 7,000+ apps via Zapier, no code required. A submission can create a HubSpot contact, send a welcome email, add a Google Sheets row, and ping Slack. Setup takes under 3 minutes: pick a trigger, pick an action, done. Your existing forms work as-is. No migration, no rebuilding. Connect to Zapier today and the automation starts on the next submission. HubSpot. Notion. Mailchimp. Airtable. Salesforce. AntForms plugs into your stack. We built this as the Typeform alternative that fits how teams work. Slack came first. Zapier is next. More is coming. Drop your most tedious post-submission task in the comments. "Your form looks like a tax portal." A user told us this last month. They were right. AntForms now has cover images. Upload a photo or GIF and it sits above question one, so the form looks like something someone built with care. Typeform understood this years ago. Forms with a branded cover image see better completion rates. Users read a blank header as a low-effort form and treat it like one. #SaaS #ProductDesign #FormBuilder

Most forms drop leads into a spreadsheet. Sales teams copy them into HubSpot two days later. We closed that gap in AntForms this week. Submitting a form creates a Contact, Company, and Deal in HubSpot in the same API call: 1. Contact: mapped from name, email, and phone fields on the form 2. Company: created or matched by domain from the email 3. Deal: attached to both, with stage and pipeline picked per form 4. Field mapping is visual, workspace-scoped, and survives form edits The hard part was matching. HubSpot dedupes Contacts by email and Companies by domain. Deals have no natural key, so a retry could create duplicates. We built an idempotency key per submission, so retries no-op. A form submission lands in the CRM before the sales rep refreshes their pipeline. What is the longest delay you have seen between a form fill and a first sales touch? #BuildInPublic #CRM

A form looks simple from the outside. There’s a lot happening underneath. With AntForms, you can: Build → Templates Personalize → Conditional logic Capture → Unlimited responses Understand → Analytics + drop-off Connect → Integrations + webhooks Improve → Use the data to optimize That's why we don't think of AntForms as just another form builder. For marketers, it can sit right inside the journey: Traffic → Lead → Qualification → Data → Automation → Conversion And that's the part we find most interesting about working with a product like AntForms. The form is only the beginning. #AntForms #B2BMarketing #LeadGeneration #MarketingAutomation
