CNS Project Manager Michelle H. is an avid runner. She brings a runner’s mindset to Project Management, where she works in the group of projects called the stockpile portfolio. “While on a project, it’s easy to feel like you’re taking one step forward and three steps backward. For me, running builds a perspective and attitude of ‘we’re going to get through this’ that I bring to each project,” she said. #MyY12 Read more about her impact at Y-12: https://lnkd.in/gZ9p9f5X

Safety is embedded in every job at Y-12. This summer, as part of a focus on safety, some craft team members are sharing their reasons why they work safely. Growing up on a family farm, Ginny M. learned that safety protects more than the job - it protects families. Now, as the UPF Labor general foreman with five years #BuildingUPF, she’s committed to keeping her crew safe and bringing those habits home. “Every safe decision I make at work protects my family’s future and allows me to return home the people I love.”
