And just like that, another Weissman summer internship is in the books. Over the past 10 weeks, our interns have brought curiosity, creativity, fresh perspectives, and plenty of personality to Weissman. They didn’t just observe the work happening around them. They contributed to it, learned alongside our teams, built meaningful relationships, and experienced firsthand what it means to be part of Weissman. We believe an internship should be more than a line on a résumé. It should be an opportunity to explore, stretch yourself, find great mentors, discover what you're capable of, and leave knowing you made a real impact. To our 2026 interns, thank you for everything you brought to Weissman this summer. We hope you leave with new skills, new connections, great memories, and a clearer picture of where your talents might take you next. We’re proud to have been part of your journey, and we can’t wait to see what you do next.

Last week, we brought our team together for our annual Wellness Fair - a day focused on health, balance and taking care of ourselves both inside and outside of work. From wellness resources and healthy snacks to conversations around physical and mental well-being, we’re grateful for everyone who participated and helped make the event a success. Thank you to our teams, partners and organizers for creating a fun and meaningful experience for our employees.
