Warehouse managers don't lose control overnight. They lose it one disconnected system at a time. One team checks inventory in one system. Another updates shipments somewhere else. Decisions are made using data that's already two hours old. And then something goes wrong. The problem? Nobody had the full picture. Our client didn't want this to be the reality for their logistics platform, so we built LogiCore from scratch connecting warehouses, inventory, SKUs, and shipments in real time. We also built the backend from the ground up to keep warehouse stock and shipping updates synchronized, even under peak loads. The result: → 2× faster daily shipping decisions → 23% fewer manual input errors → 100% stability under peak load Because in logistics, visibility isn't a nice-to-have. When your data isn't connected, your decisions aren't either. If your users still have to switch between five tools to understand what's happening, your software has a visibility problem. We can help fix it. #logistics #warehouse

Uber reportedly burned through its entire annual AI budget in just 4 months. And now they're putting limits on AI usage. That's a pretty interesting signal for an industry that spent the last few years saying: “Just add AI.” We're starting to see the conversation shift from use AI everywhere to something much more useful: Use AI where it actually makes sense. We see the same thing in product design. Generate a UI. Prompt again. Tweak the prompt. Try another tool. Generate again. And somehow, on attempt #11, the button is still in the wrong place 😅 At some point, the token bill starts looking suspiciously close to a designer's monthly rate. And that's the irony. AI can generate interfaces incredibly fast. But generating something isn't the same as designing something that works. Sometimes the fastest route is still having an expert put the button in the right place on day one. Maybe the AI bubble isn't breaking. Maybe we're just getting better at using AI. Have you ever compared your AI spending with the cost of doing the same work properly from the start? #AIbuble

Just when we thought we had responsive design completely figured out, Apple goes and drops the foldable iPhone Duo. Because why settle for basic breakpoints when you can design for unfolding states, dual screen continuity, and entirely new context shifts? 🫠 Having a larger canvas doesn't mean stuffing it with more interface elements. It means fundamentally rethinking how your product transitions, adapts, and maintains context across states. In our latest article, we explore what this hardware shift actually means for product teams and how to navigate the shift to truly context aware UX: https://lnkd.in/e3WMJBjz

The problem with supply chain visibility? You often see the cost when it's already too late. We keep seeing the same pattern in complex business environments: ▪️ Costs are spread across multiple tools ▪️ Data lives in different systems ▪️ Approvals happen in email and chats ▪️ And by the time everything is consolidated, the picture is already outdated So teams aren't really seeing their spending. They're seeing a delayed version of it. Good supply chain software should connect the dots in real time: → Centralized spend visibility → Live budget tracking by vendor and category → Automatic cost breakdowns → Alerts when spending goes off-plan → One view of approvals and actual expenses Because visibility is about knowing what's happening right now and being able to act on it. At UITOP, that's one of the principles we keep in mind when designing complex B2B software: More data doesn't create clarity. Better-connected data does. Need better B2B software? Buy our services and give your users software that actually works.

Fee management gets complicated when every account has a story. We designed a household-level fee management experience that keeps the financial context visible throughout the workflow. Advisors can easily: → Manage fees within the household view → See available, assigned, and excluded accounts → Make account changes with confidence → Get immediate feedback on every update The result: a structured billing experience that makes complex fee management easier to navigate and control.

What if the secret to better UX isn’t a new Figma plugin, but simply bringing more heart into the process? 🤝 Designing great products starts with connecting with the people behind them. We’re sharing how small human moments, genuine curiosity, and warm, open communication can totally change how you collaborate and build together. Stop building dashboards from scratch. Not every dashboard needs a brand-new UX pattern. The best SaaS products reuse patterns users already understand, because nobody wants to learn a new visual language just to read a number. A high-performing dashboard usually gets 3 things right: 1. Hierarchy: important data gets the attention first. 2. Grouping: related information stays together. 3. Action: when something turns red, users know what to do next. That's it. Because a dashboard isn't successful because it has 12 beautiful charts. It's successful when it helps someone make a decision faster. If users have to stop and think, “Okay… what am I supposed to do with this?”, your dashboard is already losing value. And if it's just a random collection of charts, your developers may be spending weeks building something nobody actually uses. At UITOP, we design dashboards based on one question: How quickly can the user go from data → decision → action? So, how long does it take your users to make one decision?
