Work culture often glorifies taking big swings, but Twitch CEO Daniel Clancy shared a more practical perspective at the SEMAFOR World Economy Summit. For people who dream of becoming creators, Clancy says, “The vast majority of people who stream have a full-time job.” The reality is that many side hustles and passion projects are built outside traditional work hours, not instead of them. “ Start doing things that you love doing and that you'd like to be doing more of,” says Clancy. “Your best ideas don't always come 9-to-5.” What’s your best advice for building a side hustle while working full-time?
