  • Meet Aninga, the head chef at Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, one of the many restaurants bringing their flavors to Picnic 🥟 We put Aninga through a little rapid fire round before sitting down to talk about the food, the story behind Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, and what it takes to get every order ready for Picnic. The full interview is coming soon 🎥 Behind every order on Picnic, there’s a real restaurant, a real kitchen, and people who take their food very seriously. • “Picnic Made My Job Easier” When we talk about workplace experience, we often focus on big initiatives. But sometimes the biggest impact comes from removing the seemingly small daily frustrations. At Wagmo, ordering lunch for an entire office used to be a daily logistical nightmare; but with Picnic, employees can now choose from a variety of restaurant options, order individually through the app, and receive their meals together in one coordinated delivery. In this client testimonial, Wagmo’s Office Manager shares how Picnic has made workplace lunches simple, seamless, and stress-free. In addition to reducing the administrative burden on the office team and saving time on office operations, it has also created a better lunch experience for the team, with more opportunities to sit together, talk, and connect. When employees can sit down, enjoy their meals at the same time, and connect with one another, lunch becomes more than an escape meal. It becomes a moment of community. Thank you, Anthony, for sharing your experience and for trusting Picnic to help make lunch easier for everyone. If you’re looking for a simpler way to handle office lunches, team meals, or employee food programs, this is a story you’ll want to hear. • New markets are great, but the people who make it happen are even better. We're proud to have teammates who embrace new challenges, build systems that scale, and continuously learn along the way. Congratulations on an incredible first year Pablo Galindo! Here's what Pablo has to say about scaling four cities in one year: "A year ago today, I walked into Picnic with one job: launch Austin and Houston from scratch. I didn't get much time to settle. Atlanta came next (the toughest launch I've faced), and two months after that, Dallas. Four cities. One year. Far more than what I thought I was signing up for, and exactly the kind of challenge I love. If there's one thing I've tried to prove throughout the year, it's this: growth and clean operations aren't in conflict. Growth is what makes good ops necessary, and good ops is what makes growth sustainable. The biggest lesson this year has been learning to stop trying to map everything out before executing. That instinct served me well in the Army and at Amazon. But it challenged me constantly this year. That's not a lack of process. It's knowing which process actually matters right now, and having the judgment to move on the rest. That's a muscle I didn't know I needed to build, and it's exactly what a year at Picnic has taught me. That's the beauty of startups. That's the beauty of Picnic. Can't wait for what's next... I'm just getting started! 🚀"

Today, we're announcing a $1.7B equity investment in Atoms, led by Andreessen Horowitz. As part of this round, our operating businesses have merged into one Atoms equity structure. At Atoms, we’re on a mission to build physical automation to transform industry and move the world. If you look around, everything is grown or mined, manufactured and moved. That is industry - the large-scale, organized production of the things civilization runs on. Mining, construction, heavy transport, food production. Trillion-dollar sectors that have gone barely a generation without a genuine technological transformation. That is about to change. The impetus is Industrial AI - systems of software, sensors, robotics, and AI that automate the operations of entire industrial sectors. Industrial AI is what will power the next industrial revolution. Atoms is the OEM for atoms-based computers across the industries that move the physical world: - Atoms Food - infrastructure for better food. - Atoms Mining - more productive mines to power earth’s industries. - Atoms Transport - wheelbase for robots. For eight years, we've been building quietly. This round is fuel for the next phase - more machines, more deployments, more of the hardest problems in the physical world attacked at once. This is going to take builders with vision, grit, systems thinking, resilience, and a fighting spirit. Nature is going to throw everything it has at the builders in this new industrial age and it’s going to take humanity’s strongest to stay the course and get these complex systems and industries over the finish line. Thank you to Andreessen Horowitz and our capital partners for backing the progress machines we build to power this next industrial revolution. If you’re looking for a challenge, come join the team.
