Rise by Bozzuto hosted our annual Backpack School Supply Drive benefiting local Boys & Girls Clubs across our markets. We are incredibly grateful that our teams and communities rallied around such an important cause. Thanks to their dedication, we have achieved our highest community participation to date and collected thousands of backpacks filled with essentials for the upcoming school year. Your generosity will help local students begin the school year feeling prepared, confident and supported.

Our employee resource group, Parents and Caregivers Together (PACT), hosted their annual Tiny Tykes Takeover across our markets. Through a circus-themed day of playful activities, connection and laughter, Bozzuto's parents and caregivers and their little ones made meaningful memories.

We are proud to share that Coulter Place received an Award of Merit for Best Residential Project by ENR MidAtlantic. Built, managed and developed by Bozzuto in partnership with Kimco Realty, Coulter Place brings together 131 residences, new retail and thoughtfully designed amenities within a vibrant, walkable community adjacent to Suburban Square in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.
