We recently hosted Bring Your Kids to Work Day at our San Francisco office, giving our future all-stars a front-row seat to the working world. From exploring how our teams collaborate to enjoying a visit from real rabbits (a unanimous office favorite!), our young guests brought incredible energy, great questions, and plenty of smiles to the office. A huge thank you to our SF team for making our employees' families feel so welcome and creating such a memorable day!

To celebrate Pride month this year, Taskrabbit employees came together for a series of events honoring the LGBTQIA+ community. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ ❤️ Giving Back: We partnered with Point of Pride, writing letters of support to trans youth navigating challenges in accessing gender-affirming care. 🧡 Learning: Teams competed in a lively virtual trivia celebrating LGBTQIA+ history and culture 💛 Celebrating: Our annual Drag Bingo hosted by the fabulous Marti Gould Cummings took place in person this year at our NYC office. 💚 Creating: We got crafty with creative bead bar supplied by Dragonfly Designs where folks crafted custom keychains and bracelets to express their pride. 💙 Supporting: At each office, we enjoyed delightful treats from local queer-owned bakeries. It was a month filled with connection, learning, and unwavering support, all thanks to the Queer at Taskrabbit affinity group. We're proud to champion inclusivity and continue building a community where everyone feels seen, valued, and celebrated.

A truly inspiring day at our NYC office as Taskrabbit for Good (TR4G) hosted a job skills training session, led by experienced Taskers themselves. We were thrilled to welcome 20 community members who gained valuable insights and hands-on demonstrations across three popular Taskrabbit services: 🧼Cleaning 🔧General Mounting 🪑Furniture Assembly This initiative, made possible through our continued partnership with Anthos|Home, underscores our shared commitment to empowering individuals and fostering economic opportunity within New York City. Making an impact, one community at a time. 💚 During our biannual Taskrabbit for Good Employee Volunteer Week, 48 of our team members stepped up for their neighbors, contributing nearly 150 hours of service across three cities and a global virtual event. Here is how our teams gave back: 🗽 NYC: Delivered nourishing meals to older adults with Encore Community Services. 🌉 San Francisco: Served hot, fresh lunches to neighbors at GLIDEsf. 🇬🇧 London: Packed essential items for those experiencing homelessness with HandsOn London. 💻 Virtual: Mapped vulnerable communities worldwide with the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Seeing our team live our values on a global scale is a powerful reminder of what Taskrabbit stands for. A massive thank you to every volunteer who dedicated their time to making a difference! 🙌
