Nolan Athletic Complex in Ansonia, CT, home to student-athletes from nearby Ansonia High School, community programs, and other initiatives that promote access to sports, has made several exciting upgrades over the last year. Tarkett Sports is proud to have been there for many of them! These include multiple FieldTurf #artificialturf surfaces, as well as three post-tension concrete tennis courts and one basketball court from Classic Turf ⚽ 🏀 🎾 The courts use Tarkett Sports' ClassicCourt system, providing durability to meet growing demand. This recent video from the Freedom Florence Recreation Complex in South Carolina shows the early stages of the extensive work being carried out by our Tarkett Sports Mid-Atlantic team 👷 The all-encompassing project will ultimately result in three new multipurpose fields featuring FieldTurf artificial turf — the same team trusted by the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium 🏟️   For Florence, these facility upgrades will help establish the city as a football sports-tourism market while also supporting its existing recreational football league 🏈 As Design Builder on the project, the full scope of Tarkett Sports work at the Freedom Florence Recreation Complex includes:   ✅ All on-site work ✅Design, permitting, and all project approvals ✅3 Fields with FieldTurf Vertex CORE ✅Perimeter and security fencing ✅Lighting retrofit on 3 fields to LED ✅New concession/storage building ✅Bleachers   We look forward to seeing progress continue, as we collaborate with the city to ensure the facility meets their needs and expectations, in anticipation of completion this fall!
