Elevating the Resident Experience at The Brady! Strata was recently awarded and is now actively installing a major exterior update to The Brady Residences in Dallas. We've been tasked with the 8th floor pool deck rehab (structures, paving, decking, planting, and steelwork) as well as a large ground level update (pavers, concrete, custom furnishings, structures, planting, fountains, and outdoor kitchens). Strata recently started streetscape work (pavers, rain gardens, planting, street trees, irrigation, fencing, and drainage) on the first phase of River Park by Presidium near the Oracle Campus in East Austin. We'll be working for Rogers-O'Brien Construction and collaborating with Nudge Design on the landscapes and hardscapes.

Designed to blend the city’s historic soul with a bold vision for the future of entertainment, the venue will anchor River Park as a premier cultural destination when it opens in 2027. Strata will deliver a comprehensive site scope—including pavers, concrete, landscape, irrigation, steelwork, drainage, and site furnishings—in collaboration with Nudge Design, Rogers-O'Brien Construction, and Presidium.
