  • In March, SteelSeries Lille welcomed Stéphanie and Claire for an immersion day as part of their career change after a burnout. (Association L'BURN - Les BURN'ettes) Stéphanie explored the Product Designer role: “I wanted to thank you and the team for taking the time for us. Your welcome was so warm. Thank you for the all-pink nod. You truly listened to our stories. We shared very rich experiences about life at work. I really enjoyed discovering such a great part of your team. I was very anxious before coming… going back into a work environment was really stressful for me… I left with a big smile and a deep sense of calm thanks to your kindness. I hope our paths cross again.” Claire discovered the HR profession: “A big thank you to all of you for your warm welcome. It was a very special moment for me. Being able to reconnect with the world of work and find genuine kindness and a real care for people at the heart of the organization feels amazing. I really appreciated visiting all the teams, which allowed me to see the breadth of your activities and how closely they are linked with quality of life at work. There was real transparency in the experiences you shared in terms of management and wellbeing at work. I also felt truly listened to when I shared my own experience of burnout. A very positive experience that I would love to renew!” This initiative was part of our commitment during Women’s Month – and beyond – to support women in their career journeys, talk openly about mental health, and create workplaces where everyone can feel safe, seen, and inspired. #WomensMonth #WomenInGaming #NowHiring

  • This month, Pulse Portraits gave a closer look at the people and moments that shape SteelSeries. From teammates designing our products to the gamers driving our community, and even the story behind Lilly, our community mascot born from women lifting each other up. Across every portrait, the theme is the same: belonging. Building spaces where women and underrepresented gamers don’t have to ask to join in – they’re already there, playing, leading, and supporting each other. Thanks to everyone who shared their story and for celebrating International Women’s Month with us this year. Meet Katie Whiting, Regional Marketing Director, Americas. #OurPulse #WomenofSteelSeries #IWD #WomensMonth

  • Did you know our community mascot, Lilly, was originally created by the Women of SteelSeries in our Lille office? Two years ago, they took on the MUDGIRL run — a 3-mile race with 17+ obstacles — to raise money to fight breast cancer and to honor the courage of breast cancer survivors and those still battling the disease. As a team, they wanted to represent all the Women of SteelSeries with a unified message: Girls For Glory. They also wanted a mascot they could see themselves in — enter Lilly. She’s a reminder of how powerful it is when women show up for one another. Meet Gabrielle Frehaut, Director of Product Delivery Read more about Lilly via the link in the comments #OurPulse #WomenofSteelSeries #IWD #WomensMonth

  • SteelSeries is built for every kind of gamer, not just one genre, platform, or skill level. Belonging for us means designing gear, creating opportunities, and supporting spaces where women and underrepresented gamers don’t have to ask to be included — they’re already in the picture. As the gaming world changes, we change with it. New ways to play, compete, and create keep expanding who gets to call themselves a “gamer,” and we want all of them to see themselves in what we build and who we celebrate. 🔥 33 workshops in — and this one felt truly special. Today, I delivered my 33rd #IAmRemarkable workshop, marking a momentous occasion as part of International Women’s Day and History Month. You know when you’re working with a team that just gets it — a team that inspires you, energises you, and makes you want to do more? That’s exactly how I felt leaving the incredible team at SteelSeries. A huge thank you to Cécile CHIRON for inviting me into your organisation to deliver your first-ever #IAmRemarkable workshop. It was a privilege to hold that space for you all. For those unfamiliar, #IAmRemarkable is a global initiative that helps people recognise and celebrate their achievements, and challenge societal norms and modesty biases that can keep us from talking about our success. This session was filled with openness, reflection, and powerful moments of self-recognition — exactly what these workshops are all about. Here’s to bigger conversations, greater confidence, and even more impact ahead. #IAmRemarkable #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2026 #Empowerment #Confidence
