Excited to introduce The Pomerantz Hotel by Sosuite, our newest Philadelphia property ✨ This building has serious history. Built in 1917 for A. Pomerantz & Co., it was one of Chestnut Street's most recognizable landmarks for nearly a century, known for its glass front and that famous overhanging cornice. Now it's home to the 47-room Pomerantz Hotel, blending that original character with a refined, modern stay just steps from City Hall. We launched on May 29th, timed right alongside the 18th annual Roots Picnic, one of Philly's most energetic weekends of the year. Opening weekend came in at 85% occupancy, and we haven't slowed down since. Huge thanks to Fabio Castiblanco, Kristen Campetti, Humza Khattak, Omar Grant, Joseph Bastawros, ARVIE ALBINO, Arisa Humphrey and everyone else who made this happen.
