Our Cincinnati Branch had the opportunity to throw out the first pitch for the July 1st game for the minor league baseball team, the Dayton Dragons. We are honored to share that, effective March 16, 2026, JR Fowler has been promoted to President of S.A. Comunale. He joined our team nearly 23 years ago, and his journey has been a true testament to the dedication, professionalism, and integrity he brings to everything he does. In late 2023, JR began serving as our Chief Operating Officer, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to our people, operations, and customers. In his new role, he will continue to oversee our fire and mechanical divisions while partnering with the executive team to expand relationships with new and existing customers and to strategically guide the company's future. Steve Comunale will continue to remain actively involved as CEO and Chairman. He will shift greater focus toward mentoring and developing our team members across the organization, investing in the next generation of talent and the leaders who will carry the company forward. We all share a deep commitment to what has always been the heart of our success: our relationships with our customers.
