Seeing our teams continue to step up for their communities week after week is beyond incredible. From packing backpacks and building comfort kits to supporting food pantries, school supply drives, and summer meal programs, our Reynolds Consumer Products teams have been creating positive impact in communities across the country, and we couldn’t be prouder. Below are some of the most recent volunteering and community impact efforts our teams have been involved in: • South Boston: donated fruit and snacks to the Halifax County Dixie Debs as they headed to the World Series. • Fairport: assembled comfort kits for families staying at Ronald McDonald House Rochester NY. • Louisville: supported local students through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Back 2 School campaign and volunteered with the Dare to Care Mobile Pantry. • Lake Forest: our corporate Finance team partnered with Fill a Heart 4 Kids to pack backpacks and write notes of encouragement for students preparing for the new school year. • Huntersville: plant leadership team members packed 100 lunches to help feed local children through a summer lunch program. • Wheeling: partnered with Wheeling Township's Ready for Success School Supplies Program, packing and delivering backpacks filled with school supplies for local students. We're grateful to every employee who chose to spend part of their summer helping others. Whether lending a hand, sharing encouragement, or supporting a local cause, these acts of service reflect the care, generosity, and community spirit that make RCP special. #RCPCares #ReynoldsConsumerProducts #CommunityImpact

We had a "Hefty" dose of cuteness in our Lake Forest headquarters today! 💙🧡 Thanks to a visit from the family of Sr. Communications Specialist Matt Black, baby Nolan spent the afternoon making new friends, posing with a cutout of a certain larger-than-life Hefty ambassador, and enjoying some very special 1:1 time with Lisa Smith, President of Hefty Waste & Clean-Up. And, with that adorable Hefty onesie, Nolan may just be our cutest (and littlest) brand ambassador yet! Thanks for bringing the smiles, Nolan!😊 #RCPSmiles #ReynoldsConsumerProducts

What better way to spend a summer evening than with family, friends, and great colleagues at one of baseball’s most iconic ballparks? Recently, a group of RCP employees and their guests had the opportunity to enjoy a behind-the-scenes experience at Wrigley Field, testing their skills in the batting cages, stepping into the Cubs dugout, walking along the warning track, and sharing plenty of great food, conversation, and laughs along the way. Thank you to the Chicago Cubs and the RCP Leadership Team for an unforgettable evening. We're grateful for the experiences and partnerships that help bring people together!

During our second quarter earnings call, we shared how productivity gains across our manufacturing operations and supply chain continue to create value throughout our business. Those efforts are helping fund innovation, strengthen our brands, support our customers, and position Reynolds Consumer Products for long-term growth. We're proud of those results, but even prouder of the people behind them. We're grateful to the teams across our manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and support functions whose relentless focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement helps keep our business strong and our brands growing. Great workplaces are built one conversation at a time. We appreciate the employees who shared their thoughts, ideas, and experiences with our leaders and Board members during recent plant visits. Their commitment to operating safely, supporting one another, and continuously improving how we work helps shape a stronger workplace and a stronger Reynolds Consumer Products.
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit our Appleton, Bellwood, Carrollton, and Louisville facilities alongside members of our Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Every time I visit one of our plants, I'm reminded that our greatest strength is our people. I see our plant teams as some of my most important customers, and these visits are an opportunity to listen, learn, and understand how we can better support their success. And candidly, it's just a lot of fun. There's nothing better than spending time with our teams, seeing their pride in what they do, and celebrating their accomplishments together. Thank you to the employees in Appleton, Bellwood, Carrollton, and Louisville for the warm welcome, the candid conversations, and the ideas you shared. Your commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and serving our customers and consumers is what makes Reynolds Consumer Products stronger every day.

Every day across Reynolds Consumer Products, our employees are solving challenges, supporting one another, and finding new ways to innovate and move our business forward. While the outcomes of that work are easy to see and are certainly worth celebrating, it’s how we achieve those results that drives our success and defines who we are as a company. This year, we recognized a group of employees who exemplify our Most Valued Behaviors (MVBs): Intellectual Curiosity, Problem Solving, Entrepreneurship, Customer Centricity, Growth Mindset, and Continuous Improvement. Summer schedules may be full, but our teams across the country continue to make time to give back to the communities they call home. Recently, in Louisville, employees joined nearly 100 volunteers to help revitalize the Parkland neighborhood through cleanup efforts, home renovations, and community improvement projects. Louisville team members also volunteered at the Dare to Care Community Kitchen, supporting meal preparation, kitchen operations, and other tasks that help provide meals to children, adults, and families in need. In Tamaqua, team members have spent the year supporting local schools, community events, and veterans through volunteer and fundraising efforts. And in Appleton, employees rolled up their sleeves at Saving Paws Animal Rescue to help create a safer, more welcoming space for animals awaiting adoption. In every location, the causes may be different, but the commitment is the same. We're grateful for employees who continue to invest their time, energy, and hearts into making their communities stronger. Way to go, teams! #RCPCares #ReynoldsConsumerProducts #ProudToBeRCP

From his first day at 19 to more than 50 years later, John Culver’s career at Reynolds is a testament to dedication, growth, and supporting the people around him. John began his journey in 1974 as a custodian, quickly moving into the Mills Department as a Mill Assistant, where he contributed to the production of foil used for containers. He advanced to Mill Operator in the 1980s and was later selected to help launch Mill 6 in the mid-1990s—a reflection of the trust he had earned, and a testament to his experience and skill. Today, John continues to operate Mill 6 (M6) and holds the top spot in departmental seniority. Over the course of his career, he has also served as a Lead Man in the Mills Department, helping guide operations and support his team. John is well known for his positive attitude and willingness to help others. He enjoys working alongside his fellow employees and takes pride in sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation. Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, John has been actively involved in numerous safety and problem-solving committees, contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the department. John’s long-standing commitment, leadership, and teamwork make him a highly respected and valued member of the Reynolds team. Thank you, John, for the example you set and the impact you’ve made on generations of teammates!

100 days injury free is something worth celebrating! 🎉 The Jacksonville-West team recently hit this milestone and celebrated with a cookout to step back, connect, and reflect on the everyday choices that keep people safe. It’s the small day-to-day decisions that add up in a big way to reach this kind of milestone: paying attention to the details, speaking up, and looking out for each other on every shift. A great reminder that strong safety performance is built one decision at a time. Shoutout to Jacksonville-West for showing what it looks like to put safety first, always. 👏 #SafetyFirst #InjuryFree #ReynoldsConsumerProducts
