Through an independent study of more than 1,500 CEOs and senior Finance and HR leaders at small and midsize employers, we set out to better understand how rising healthcare costs are reshaping benefits decisions and what employers expect from their advisors next. What really stood out was how many employers are questioning the status quo. Our research found that 77% of small and midsize employers are exploring new ways to fund their health plans, while one in two are rethinking who they want guiding those decisions.
