A night at the Phillies game was the perfect way for our Start Strong team to connect and make memories outside of the office. ⚾ This group is heading into the final stretch of the program, and we can't wait to see what they accomplish with their group projects. #ParetoHealth #StartStrong2026 #Phillies
Even though the Phillies didn't come away with the win last night, our ParetoHealth Start Strong team certainly did. It was a great evening at the ballpark and a chance to step away from the day-to-day to celebrate this incredible group. Final group projects are in full swing, and the competition is heating up. In just a few weeks, we'll crown the very first Start Strong Group Project Champions. I can't wait to see what these teams deliver. The creativity, collaboration, and passion they've shown throughout the program have been inspiring. Go team 2026 Start Strong! Big thanks to Kendra Perera for coordinating!

Through an independent study of more than 1,500 CEOs and senior Finance and HR leaders at small and midsize employers, we set out to better understand how rising healthcare costs are reshaping benefits decisions and what employers expect from their advisors next. What really stood out was how many employers are questioning the status quo. Our research found that 77% of small and midsize employers are exploring new ways to fund their health plans, while one in two are rethinking who they want guiding those decisions. Thank you to Employee Benefit News for highlighting these findings, and to Dena Bravata M.D., M.S. for sharing her perspective on what they mean for employers and benefits advisors navigating today's healthcare landscape.
Healthcare costs are forcing small and midsize employers to rethink their benefits strategies. A new survey found 79% saw double-digit spending increases, while half are considering switching benefit brokers as they explore self-funding and other cost-control strategies. The message for brokers: Employers want strategic guidance, not just renewals. #EmployeeBenefits #Healthcare #HealthInsurance #BenefitsBroker #HRStrategy https://bit.ly/451FsOy

STAT's new series, Out of Pocket, Out of Reach, shines a critical light on the pressure rising healthcare costs are putting on employers and employees alike. But the choice isn't only between absorbing another premium increase and dropping coverage altogether. The piece touches briefly on stop-loss and level-funding, but the reality is that leading small and midsize employers are going even further, rethinking how they fund healthcare from the ground up. On July 15, we're releasing our 2026 State of Healthcare Spend report, built on a survey of more than 1,500 CEOs and senior finance and HR leaders at small and midsize employers. It looks at how employers are adjusting their benefits strategies, what they're asking of their advisors, and why so many are reconsidering how they fund care. We'll share the trends every benefits leader and advisor serving this market should be watching. Comment "report" below and we'll send you a copy when it releases on July 15. https://lnkd.in/e_KwAdMf

Philly has always been at the heart of ParetoHealth. Even as our team has grown across the country, this city is where it all started. Last week, the ParetoHealth team gathered in Philly for Midway: a chance to pause, reflect, celebrate, and charge forward. We looked back on an incredible first five months of the year. Wins worth celebrating. Lessons worth carrying. A clear vision for what comes next. Then we made some memories: 🏙️ Raced through Philly in a city-wide scavenger hunt 🏆 Celebrated our Core Value Award winners 🎉 Toasted America’s 250th in red, white, and blue We left Midway with a deeper appreciation for how far we've come and even more excitement for where we're headed next. #ParetoHealth #Midway #RightSideoftheFight

Mental health support is a critical part of helping employees thrive and helping businesses build stronger, healthier teams. We asked Amanda Branting and Jim Conway of Lyra Health to share their perspective on what great mental health care looks like for employees and how employers can make meaningful support more accessible. Lyra Select is available to ParetoHealth Members through the Pareto Savings Engine. This makes mental health care benefits that were once out of reach for small and midsize businesses not only possible but simple. Here’s what this collaboration means for Pareto Members and their employees: → Appointments typically available within 1 day → 10x the utilization of a traditional EAP → Support in 35+ languages, with care for the whole family Good benefits shouldn't be a large-employer luxury. The ParetoHealth community exists to level the playing field, and mental health care is one of the most important places to start. #MentalHealth #EmployeeBenefits #WorkforceWellbeing
