🌿 Out with the old, in with the new! As part of a large, phased waterproofing project, our team partnered with the campus general contractor to completely renovate the planters surrounding this building. We removed the existing landscape materials, soil, and rock to prepare the planters for waterproofing. Once that work was complete, our team rebuilt the landscape with drain rock, fabric, blended soil, and a beautiful mix of drought-tolerant plantings, including Liriope ‘Big Blue,’ Rudbeckia ‘Goldsturm,’ Japanese Forest Grass, and Crape Myrtle ‘Tuscarora.’ To finish it off, we installed a water-efficient drip irrigation system and fresh compost to support long-term plant health and sustainability.
