  • Yesterday at DMEXCO - Digital Marketing Expo & Conference, Daniel Petri Petri from BioTechUSA shared the journey of transforming their loyalty and promotions approach. In the old setup: ❌ No differentiation or segmentation – every customer was treated the same. ❌ Spending habits weren’t considered. ❌ Mass promotions diluted margins. ❌ Online and offline systems didn’t communicate. Their key challenges were: ⚡️ Turning one-time buyers – like New Year resolutioners – into long-term customers. ⚡️ Moving shoppers from low-margin products (protein powder) to advanced, higher-margin lines. Together, we built a Composable Loyalty Stack that enables personalization, seamless omnichannel execution, and faster experimentation at scale.
