This is what "we take care of people" actually looks like. A candidate recently got an offer for a role in a new city. Before saying yes, he wanted to bring his wife out to see if the area was somewhere they could actually build a life. Reasonable. Moving isn't just a job change, it's a whole life change. So one of our recruiters put together the trip. Hotel booked. A local realtor lined up to drive them through neighborhoods based on what they cared about. Where to eat. What to do. Where the fireworks were on the 4th. The kind of detail you'd send a good friend. None of that is in a recruiter's job description and nobody requires it. But here's what we know after 40 years. People don't accept offers. They accept lives. And when someone can picture their weekends, their morning coffee spot, their kids at the park, the decision gets a lot easier for everyone, the candidate and the client waiting on an answer. That's the difference between filling a role and placing a person. If that's the kind of search partner you want, on either side of the table, let's talk.

Mining investing rewards conviction, but it punishes complacency. As Trevor Hall points out, when capital is flowing and every story sounds like the next big opportunity, it's easy to forget that exploration is still hard, and not every project gets built. The real edge comes from staying disciplined. Check in with yourself. Do your homework on management. Don't overallocate. And when the opportunity is there, take profits when you can, not when you have to. It's a perspective that's especially valuable in today's market. Listen to the full conversation with Trevor for more insights on mining markets, investor psychology, and making better decisions over the long term. https://lnkd.in/gYJ4UVb2

We’re helping a mining client find a Senior Geochemist to lead environmental and geochemistry work across the U.S. and beyond. 🌎 This one’s for someone with 15+ years in mining geochemistry who’s ready to dig into pit lake chemistry, water-rock interactions, geochemical modeling, and materials characterization on a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. A few highlights: 💰 $125K–$175K base, plus bonus and 401(k) 🏡 Fully remote or hybrid, no relocation required 📈 Real pathways to leadership, backed by training and conference support 🤝 A team that stays connected even while working apart If your background looks a little different from what’s listed but you think you’d bring value, we still want to hear from you. Growth creates opportunity, but it also raises the bar for leadership. The companies that scale well are the ones that can grow their markets without losing sight of the operations that support them. We're partnering with a specialty mineral producer that's entering an exciting period of growth. Their products support industries including water filtration, animal feed, infill, and other industrial applications, and they're looking for a General Manager to help lead the next chapter. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing commercial strategy with operational oversight. You'll lead business development, strengthen customer and distributor relationships, identify new market opportunities, and help shape long-term growth. At the same time, you'll work closely with the operations team to ensure production, quality, and delivery keep pace with demand. If you've built your career leading industrial or mining operations, developing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, or growing specialty products into new markets, this could be a great next step. And if your experience doesn't line up exactly with every qualification, don't count yourself out. Strong careers are rarely built in a straight line, and we're always interested in people who can bring a different perspective. 📩 Contact Sherri Powell or apply now - https://lnkd.in/gsT8dz-f

Michelle (Mackiewicz) Hohn, MA, CDI.D asked women in mining about the job. The trucks, the equipment, the stats. They wanted to talk about something else. What it costs at home. Family members who stopped calling. What it means to break from a traditional path. That's when "Gems Unearthed" clicked. Gems, and the process of digging past the surface to find them. 💎 That's where Michelle's project, Gems on Earth, was born. A global storytelling initiative built to hold the stories mining usually misses. https://lnkd.in/gHUXuPky

What happens below the surface shapes every decision that comes after. The better the data, the better the exploration strategy. We're partnering with a geophysical services company that helps clients uncover what's happening underground. Their team supports mineral exploration, groundwater, geothermal, oil and gas, and carbon storage projects by delivering the geophysical data and interpretation that guide critical decisions in the field. This is a remote or hybrid role. They're looking for a Senior Geophysicist with hands-on experience in field data acquisition, survey design, data processing, modeling, and interpretation. Experience with IP/Resistivity, CSAMT, MT, EM, gravity, or magnetic surveys would be a strong fit, particularly if you've worked in mineral exploration. This is a role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, solving technical challenges, and seeing projects through from survey planning to final interpretation. You'll help design exploration programs, process and model data, deliver results, and provide the insights clients rely on to move their projects forward. If you've built your career in geophysics and have experience supporting hard rock mineral exploration, especially porphyry, skarn, epithermal, Carlin-type, VMS, or orogenic deposits, we'd love to hear from you. And if your experience doesn't line up exactly with every qualification, don't count yourself out. Strong careers are rarely built in a straight line, and we're always interested in people who can bring a different perspective. 📩 Contact Samantha Larson or apply now - https://lnkd.in/gk8v9taA
