Meet this month's Lennar Legend — Jennifer Masters! For 31 years, Jennifer has focused her career on building the Lennar brand. From marketing campaigns to signage and branded materials, Jennifer has helped shape how Customers and Associates experience our brand at every turn. She joined Lennar in 1994 and spent most of her career on the National Marketing Creative Team before stepping into her current role as Creative Services Production Director for the Lennar Store in 2024. Jennifer is instrumental in maintaining a consistent Lennar brand across our Divisions and Communities, bringing creative energy, marketing expertise and a strong understanding of the brand to every initiative she leads. When Jennifer first started with Lennar, she was drawn in by the people and the Culture. The Associates she works with have been the driving force behind her long and successful career with Lennar. She credits much of her growth to the leaders who believed in her — including the mentor who first saw her potential for the Lennar Store before Jennifer saw it in herself. "It was actually [my manager's] idea," Jennifer said. "She approached me and asked if I had any interest. She remembered that I'd worked at print shops in the past, so I did have experience in print production. It's exciting and different. I get to bring all that creative energy and what I know from marketing and integrate everything I know about the company into producing signage." If Jennifer could describe her career with Lennar in one word, that word would be proud. From the homes we build to the way we give back through Focused Acts of Caring, Jennifer believes doing the right thing for the right reason is at the core of Lennar's Culture and is something she's felt since day one. Meet Stefan Baumer! As a Senior Construction Manager for Lennar’s Nashville Division, Stefan supports the Associates and Trade Partners responsible for bringing our Communities to life. For Stefan, the best part of his day is walking our communities and building relationships with the people behind each Home. It’s a role built on keeping people connected and making sure every Community, and every Associate works with, is set up to succeed. Originally from Germany, Stefan trained in custom woodworking before setting up his own business in England, where he built everything from custom furniture to structural framing. When his family decided to move to the Nashville area, Stefan first applied for a Customer Care position with Lennar – but his resume told a different story. Lennar brought him on as a Construction Management Trainee (CMT), and four years later, he’s built an impressive career from trainee to his current role as Senior Construction Manager. That same attention to detail he mastered building custom furniture now shows up in his eye for quality on every homesite. Recognized for his strong work ethic and drive, Stefan sets the standard among the Division, keeping construction on schedule and constantly challenging himself to build efficiently without sacrificing quality. He credits Lennar's supportive work environment, strong healthcare and benefits, and collaborative Culture as reasons he'd recommend a Lennar career to anyone considering applying. Fun fact: Outside of work, Stefan is a husband and father of three boys. He enjoys sound engineering when he’s not on a homesite, mixing live sound for his local church or for bands at festivals.
