Lee Health reposted this
The NCHL team has been on the road this week visiting members across Florida, and it was especially fun to spend time with our NCAF member and fellowship site, Lee Health, in Southwest Florida. We had the chance to connect with Crystal Paguirigan and Meghan Bardon, learn more about their work, and see firsthand the organization and administrative fellowship experience they are helping shape. We always value the opportunity to get out from behind the screen, spend time with our members, and learn directly from the leaders doing the work. Thank you to the Lee Health team for such a great visit! We’re looking forward to supporting your Administrative fellowships again this year! Malia Nellums David L. Schreiner, Ph.D., FACHE Christina Volpicelli
It was a great week visiting NCHL members across Florida’s West Coast! A highlight was spending time at Lee Health, HealthPark Medical Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital with Meghan Bardon and Crystal Paguirigan. We had a chance to hear more about the work they’re leading in workforce development and administrative fellowships, and I was glad to introduce our CEO, David L. Schreiner, Ph.D., FACHE, to Lee Health and the team firsthand. Visiting National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) members is always valuable. This visit felt especially meaningful because Lee Health is part of my own community, and I’ve had the opportunity to watch the organization continue to grow and evolve over the years. Thank you to Meghan, Crystal, and the Lee Health team for the time, hospitality, and conversation. Looking forward to visiting again soon! 🙏☀️
