We take a highly customized approach that matches clients and assistants based on skills and personality characteristics, and excel at finding assistants who are unusually intelligent, collaborative, nuanced, and polished. For placements, we recruit for each position discretely and find exactly what the client wants within short timeframes. We work very hard at the front end so that the client does not waste time interviewing unsuitable candidates. We maintain dedicated assistant pools in New York City, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley and Palm Beach that are available for ongoing work with individuals who need fractional help, from 8-30 hours / week. Our paramount objective is Perfect Support, which is not flawless performance by the principal or the assistant. It is a match which promotes each person’s ability to work at their highest register within that relationship. Everything we do in our company is evaluated in terms of the quality of support provided. We use developed best practices – thoughtful questions, time-saving methods, and a great deal of work behind the scenes.

As a staffing firm that focuses on assistants, we balance the needs and perspectives of clients and assistants. I think Matthew Perry's assistant was in a very tricky situation when he was asked to buy and inject Perry with high doses of ketamine. His primary job was to do what Perry told him. For Perry's mother to blame him is, in my opinion, ridiculous. And the DA is looking for someone to indict. We had a (young Silicon Valley client who had just moved to NYC) call one of our hourly assistants at 3am and tell her to buy him and his girlfriend drugs right then and deliver it to them. The assistant was being paid $50/hr. When she refused he fired her the next day. It was so busted on several levels, primarily because the risk wasn't nearly worth what she was getting paid, she was working through an agency (us), and he should have had a dealer that delivered.
