I’m pleased to announce that following an extensive search, Michael McMullen will join Kendra Scott as Chief Financial Officer on April 27. Mike brings a strong track record across consumer brands, with a unique blend of high-growth and large-scale experience. His career at YETI Holdings (NYSE: YETI), where he most recently served as CFO, spanned the last 10 years during a period that saw a 4x increase in top-line revenue and the globalization of the brand. Prior to YETI, Mike gained valuable scale and direct-to-consumer experience at Dell Technologies, where process discipline was a hallmark. I’m thrilled to welcome him as the newest member of our executive leadership team. As we evolve Kendra Scott into a multi-category, global, attainable luxury brand, I’m confident Mike will bring important leadership experience and insight to the organization.
