That’s a wrap on the 2026 Keeley internship program! This summer, 66 interns from 29 universities joined our teams, gained real-world experience, built lasting connections, and brought new ideas to the table. In addition to their day-to-day work, our interns spent the summer collaborating in teams on capstone projects focused on topics relevant to Keeley. Before wrapping up the program, eight groups presented their ideas and recommendations to Keeley’ns and leaders. These projects gave them a platform to showcase their skills, creativity, and perspectives while giving Keeley the opportunity to learn from a fresh set of voices and explore new ways to improve and grow. A special shoutout to our winning capstone team, AI in Construction, whose project stood out among an impressive group of presentations. Thank you to our interns for your hard work, curiosity, and commitment this summer. We’re proud of what you accomplished and excited to see what’s ahead for each of you! #KeeleyBuilt #KeeleyWay

Meet William Schuwerk, one of our Heavy Industries interns in Jacksonville, Florida! This summer, Will embraced every opportunity to learn, overcome challenges, and support the crew. Throughout his internship, he gained valuable field experience, conducted material takeoffs, and helped assemble pressure test packages. When he wasn’t on the job site, Will enjoyed fishing at nearby beaches and river shores and spent time watching the World Cup matches with coworkers. After his internship, Will will return to Murray State University to complete his Civil Engineering degree and prepare for the Fundamentals of Engineering and Fundamentals of Surveying exams. Thanks for spending your summer with Keeley, Will! #KeeleyBuilt

Before a substation can deliver power to communities, the work starts with the foundation beneath it. Our Civil Energy teams build the critical infrastructure that supports today’s evolving energy landscape, from site development to deep foundation systems engineered for the demands of complex substation projects. Much of this work happens below the surface, but it’s what keeps essential power infrastructure standing strong for the communities that rely on it. Proud of our teams laying the foundation for reliable power. #KeeleyBuilt

Renewable energy projects may be measured in megawatts, but they're built by people. Every day, our crews bring the skill, precision, and commitment to safety needed to keep projects like the Pulaski Solar Farm moving forward. From the first post installed to every safety milestone achieved along the way, this project reflects the teamwork, craftsmanship, and dedication of everyone in the field. Proud of the people behind the progress and the work they're doing to help build the future of renewable energy. #KeeleyBuilt
