"We know that any serious strategy for the future of Jewish life will require us to deeply understand both the young adults who are most engaged and the majority who are not." - Stacie Cherner, Director of Research and Learning at the Jim Joseph Foundation New research, known as "Project Prism," offers an unprecedented look at Jewish young adults today, with a dataset of more than 2,000 individuals between the ages 22-40 that spans a broad spectrum of backgrounds, family structures, religious identities, levels of participation, geography, and life experiences. We're grateful to the research teams at Sense Worldwide and NORC at the University of Chicago for their efforts utilizing a multi-method approach to yield such substantial findings and insights. How does this demographic express their Judaism? What are the types of experiences and relationships that impact them most? What external factors shape their lives? What are the key drivers of much of their decision-making? 🔍 Scroll through the images for key insights and dive into all the findings here: https://lnkd.in/gyptXdWU 👉 Read Stacie's piece in eJewishPhilanthropy with more research highlights and analysis: https://lnkd.in/g3-8W_pC We look forward to the continued learning and ongoing discussions this research generates.
