J.Crew Group is proud to kick off our 2026 St. Jude Walk campaign in support of J.Crew Factory’s longtime partner, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®. To launch the campaign, we hosted a signing day at J.Crew Group HQ where associates had the opportunity to hear directly from a St. Jude patient, sign up for a team, make a donation, and learn more about the lifesaving work of St. Jude. Since 2022, JCG associates have raised more than $6 million for St. Jude, helping fund lifesaving research and treatment for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. This year, JCG is walking as a national team with a goal of raising $250,000. We are proud to walk, fundraise, and show up as a group in support of the children and families of St. Jude. J.Crew Group is proud to share our 2025 Impact Report, marking the completion of sustainability goals first set in 2018 and the introduction of our new 2030 Impact Strategy. The report provides an update across the four pillars of our Impact at JCG strategy: Product, Planet, People and Principles. It also outlines the next phase of our work to create timeless products responsibly, protect and restore the planet, care for the people who bring our brands to life, and lead with integrity. Key achievements include reaching 81% sustainably sourced cotton across J.Crew Group, supporting regenerative agriculture across 52 farms, seven states and more than 36,000 acres, and helping divert more than 4.1 million garments from landfills through programs including J.Crew Always, Madewell Forever, denim take-back and Second-Life Swim. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and excited to continue building on it in the years ahead. As new tools become part of the workplace, our focus is on creating practical ways for teams to explore what’s useful, strengthen how they work and stay curious about what’s possible. Last month, we launched Crafted Intelligence, our new AI learning program designed to help every associate build confidence, capability and hands-on experience with emerging technology. Created not just as a must-do, but as a want-to. To celebrate the launch, the Tech @ J.Crew Team hosted the first live audience taping of their “You’re on Mute” podcast, featuring J.Crew Group CIO Danielle Schmelkin and CHRO Gena Smith in conversation with Kendall Ketchum, creator of the training, about AI, innovation and the future of work at JCG. Built for associates at every stage of the AI journey, Crafted Intelligence includes 32 learning modules across five certification tiers, from foundational prompting skills to advanced concepts like AI agents and workflow automation.
