IperionX is pleased to announce a second U.S. Army task order under its US$99 million SBIR Phase III contract for Low-Cost, Domestic Titanium for Defense Applications.   The new task order has US$11.5 million funded and obligated, with a maximum potential value of US$25.4 million if additional options are exercised and funded.   The program will support the manufacturing of IperionX’s American titanium products for the U.S. defense sector, including: - Continuous HSPT™ titanium component manufacturing - Industrial-scale HSPT™ and dehydrogenation furnace capacity - In-house titanium fastener finishing at IperionX’s Virginia facility - Production-scale titanium track pins, bolts and fasteners for U.S. Army applications   Together with GenX™, IperionX’s next-generation continuous HAMR™ titanium production platform, these investments advance an integrated American manufacturing system designed to increase throughput, shorten lead times and reduce the cost of producing high-performance titanium components.   The second U.S. Army task order represents another important step in rebuilding a secure, vertically integrated and competitive U.S. titanium supply chain for defense and advanced American industries.   #IPX #titanium #defense #advancedmanufacturing

Commissioning of the HSPT sintering furnace has commenced at the IperionX Virginia Titanium Manufacturing Campus. This cold wall furnace will be used primarily for HSPT powder to part processing, increasing capacity, throughput and production flexibility. IperionX's patented HSPT technology enables conventional press-and-sinter powder metallurgy to transform titanium powder into semi-finished or near-net-shape components with wrought-like properties without melting. HSPT develops an ultra-fine-grained microstructure that incumbent titanium supply chains generally obtain through forging and extensive hot working, resulting in low-cost, high quality titanium parts.

IperionX was pleased to attend Friday’s roundtable held by President Trump at the U.S. Department of State, convening leaders in the American mining industry. President Trump’s announcement of a $180 million investment in mining schools is a historic step in strengthening America’s mining workforce.   As a leading developer of U.S. critical mineral supply chains, IperionX shares the Administration’s goal to attract, educate, and train students to participate in this important industry. Intention to pursue a redomiciliation to the United States through the establishment of a Texas-incorporated ultimate parent company. 2. The appointment of Mr. Michael J. Loparco, an experienced advanced manufacturing, industrial technology and global supply-chain executive, as an independent non-executive director. IperionX is pleased to release its June 2026 quarterly report, advancing 24/7 titanium production in Virginia and expanding downstream manufacturing capacity through the commissioning of the advanced 6 axis press and installation of additional HSPT™ furnaces. The quarter also delivered independent validation of titanium fasteners that outperformed SAE Grade 8 steel, completion of the high-value Titan Definitive Feasibility Study, and the strategic acquisition of the adjacent Atlas critical minerals assets. IperionX has completed the acquisition of the Camden project - unlocking ultra-high grade minerals to accelerate the U.S. supply chain. The Camden surface stockpiles have returned exceptional grades up to 23% THM - more than 8x higher grade than the Titan Project average - positioning IperionX to accelerate strategic titanium, zircon, and heavy rare earth feedstocks to the U.S. defense and advanced technology sectors.
