In his role, he helps keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming by arranging merchandise and greeting customers. His dedication and attention to detail help create a positive experience for everyone who visits the store. Steven communicates using both American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken communication, building meaningful connections with coworkers and customers every day. Working at Baseballism allows him to combine his passion for baseball with his strengths and talents in a role he truly enjoys. At IRI, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue their goals and build a fulfilling career.
