If an AI initiative has stalled at your company, you are in the majority. 89% of the executive leaders we surveyed reported at least one AI initiative stalling. The most common stall points were deployment into systems and workflows (29%), compliance and accuracy review (29%), and measuring impact (28%). Stalling is normal right now. The opportunity is in spotting where it happens and getting ahead of it. See the full picture: https://lnkd.in/g2csQRMf

  • Not every challenge requires more headcount. In many cases, the work has simply outgrown the talent model supporting it. “The work is getting done. Results may still be coming in. But it takes more time, more attention, and more intervention from leadership than it should,” said Scott Cornick, the Managing Director of Insight Global’s Talent Services Solutions. This is where organizations begin to evaluate alternatives beyond traditional staffing or full outsourcing. There is a middle ground, Scott says, one that introduces structure and accountability without fully removing ownership from the business. That is the role of a true quality talent service. This perspective outlines when and how to recognize that shift: https://lnkd.in/d5wWbrKX

  • Most companies are past "just exploring" AI. Where they go next is the harder question. We surveyed 501 executive leaders to map where companies actually stand in their AI journey. A few things stood out: • 83% have moved beyond the exploring or learning phase • Only 8% are running pilots, while 22% are scaling AI across teams • There is no single dominant stage. Companies are spread across the full spectrum Where does your organization stand in their AI journey? • “What motivates me each day is the opportunity to keep growing, achieve goals I once thought were out of reach, and help others realize they can do the same.” That mindset is a big part of what earned Kaylee Davis recognition as Insight Global’s Q2 Elite Performer. Since becoming the first hire on our Baltimore IGB team in 2021, Kaylee has continued to raise the bar. She’s built her success by staying close to the people she serves, earning trust through genuine care, and turning strong relationships into meaningful results. But her journey hasn’t always been easy. Kaylee continued to believe in what she was building, stayed resilient through the challenges, and never stopped growing. Today, she’s not only driving incredible results but leading by example and helping those around her see what’s possible. As Kaylee puts it: “I strive to lead with hard work, resilience, and empathy in everything I do.” Congratulations, Kaylee, on being named Insight Global’s Q2 Elite Performer. Your growth, resilience, and commitment to creating opportunities for others are what make this recognition so well deserved.

  • “What have you done within your control to differentiate yourself as a person worth investing in?” 🎙️ Early in your career, it’s easy to wait for the right opportunity, mentor, or next step to find you. But some of the best career advice is to take ownership of what you can control. In this episode of Chat the Chief, CEO Bert Bean sits down with Katie Hillary and Steve Wasik to share the advice they wish they had at 22 — from seeking out mentors and taking risks to building relationships, getting the reps, and finding ways to stand out. Their advice? Put yourself out there. Ask the question. Take the risk. You’re going to learn either way. ▶️ Watch the full episode on YouTube - https://lnkd.in/gUD7Nd5D 🎧 Listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts - https://lnkd.in/gCX7Axp6 https://lnkd.in/gaZSDqdQ

  • Last month, more than 100 leaders from across Insight Global came together in New York City. Over the course of the week, we created space to reflect on how we evolve as leaders, support one another through change, and continue growing both personally and professionally. From meaningful conversations and new connections to moments of vulnerability, inspiration, and empowerment, the energy in the room was unforgettable. These summits are a reminder of the power of investing in people and creating opportunities for leaders to learn from one another, expand their perspectives, and return to their teams inspired to make an even greater impact. We're grateful to everyone who helped make these summits possible and to CURE for hosting us in a space dedicated to leadership, learning, and growth.

You don’t need to have all the answers to build a successful career. After 10 years at Insight Global, that’s one belief Merrick Harris knows to be true. “Success is less about having all the answers and more about staying curious and building great relationships. When you genuinely care about people, ask thoughtful questions, and continue learning, opportunities tend to follow.” And over the years, he’s learned the importance of finding balance along the way. “Take care of yourself outside of work, pick up a hobby, don’t take yourself too seriously, and remember to laugh, even when things are tough.” Congrats on 10 years, Merrick!

  • "Curiosity creates opportunity. The more time you spend understanding someone's goals, challenges, and priorities, the more value you can bring." That's the mindset that has shaped Shannon Kelly's career and helped earn her recognition as one of Insight Global's Q2 Elite Performers. Shannon is known for her relentless work ethic, consistency, and ability to build meaningful relationships. She doesn't wait for opportunities to come to her. She creates them by showing up every day, asking thoughtful questions, putting people first, and doing the work. Whether she's breaking into new markets, driving growth, or mentoring teammates, Shannon consistently raises the bar for those around her. She also shared one of the biggest lessons she's learned throughout her career: "Hard work and consistency matter. You don't have to have all the answers. If you show up every day, stay curious, keep a positive attitude, and put in the work, good things tend to follow. Building trust, helping people, and staying committed over time has been the biggest driver of success in my career." Congratulations, Shannon, on being named one of Insight Global's Q2 Elite Performers. 👏
