How confident are you that your COI review process is catching everything it should? Maybe you're reviewing certificates manually. Maybe you're relying on spreadsheets to track expirations. Or maybe you're simply trusting that every required endorsement has been verified. The challenge is that a Certificate of Insurance only tells part of the story. Missing endorsements. Incorrect limits. Policy exclusions. Expired coverage. These issues can easily slip through even the most diligent manual review process and they often aren't discovered until they're needed most. That's why we created The Hidden Risks in COI Compliance. In this free guide, you'll learn: • The most common compliance gaps organizations overlook • Why manual reviews create unnecessary risk • How automation helps improve consistency, accuracy, and speed • Practical steps to strengthen your compliance program If you're responsible for contractor compliance, risk management, or insurance verification, it's worth a read. https://lnkd.in/eQmrmjjX

One of the biggest challenges we hear from construction risk teams is the administrative burden associated with controlled insurance programs. Jane Damon, MBA, CPCU, CIC, CPIW shares a thoughtful perspective on the common administration challenges that can impact program effectiveness, from documentation and compliance oversight to the coordination required across multiple stakeholders. This International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) article is worth a read for anyone involved in construction risk, insurance compliance or contractor management.
I recently contributed the article Common Administration Challenges in Controlled Insurance Programs, published by International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI). The article stops short of discussing how technology helps in the administration of wrap ups. Earlier in my career, jobs were tracked using spreadsheets and numerous follow ups with subcontractors with manual emails and phone calls. Today, all the complex tasks associated with wrap programs can be automated, helping save time and making the process more efficient and accurate. It's one of the reasons I'm passionate about the work we do at Injala - seeing what used to take weeks of manual follow-up become something that nearly runs itself.
