What was once the former GM assembly plant in Shreveport is now a fully leased, thriving industrial campus. IRG is proud to announce that SLB, a global energy technology company, has signed a lease for the remaining vacancy at Shreveport Business Park, expanding its existing presence to occupy a total of 3.1 million sq. ft. SLB joins existing tenants, Hyundai Glovis and USPS to this 3.5 million sq. ft. site. By 2027, Shreveport Business Park is expected to support approximately 1,400 employees—well above the roughly 800 jobs that existed when GM closed the facility. This milestone also reflects the strength of IRG's leasing platform. In 2026 alone, IRG has leased approximately 4.3 million sq. ft. of vacant space.
