⚖️🙌🏽 Court is officially in session! Yesterday, our 9th and 10th grade Be BOLD Institute campers had an unforgettable day at the Fort Bend County Courthouse, where they stepped into the shoes of the people who keep our justice system running. From meeting judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, bailiffs, and other legal professionals to participating in an interactive mock trial, our girls experienced every side of the courtroom. They presented the case, defended the accused, questioned the facts, pleaded before the jury, and even helped determine the verdict! To top it all off, they got an inside look at areas of the courthouse—including the holding cell—making this an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience they won't soon forget. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Fort Bend County Courthouse for opening your doors, sharing your expertise, and showing our girls that there are countless ways to serve their communities through careers in the justice system. Today, our 11th and 12th grade Be BOLD Institute campers visited U.S. Bank, where they explored careers in the banking industry while learning the importance of professional presence and business etiquette during a formal lunch experience at the Hotel ZaZa. From networking conversations to dining etiquette and career exploration, our girls gained practical skills that will serve them well in college, internships, and future careers. Along the way, they competed for prizes, shared their ideas, and discovered that their voices have the power to inform, inspire, and lead. One of the day's most memorable moments came when our girls presented Mr. John Robinson with a Girls Inc. t-shirt that read #HesInHerCorner. His response?
