  • Envoy Medical (NASDAQ: COCH) | Acclaim® Pivotal Trial – 12-Month Stage 1 Update We’re pleased to share encouraging 12‑month data from the first 10 participants in Stage 1 of our pivotal clinical trial evaluating the investigational, fully implanted Acclaim® cochlear Implant. Key Stage 1 interim data for first 10 participants: • CNC word recognition improved to 53.2% at 12 months, up from 15.2% pre-implantation (+38.0 percentage points) • No serious adverse events were reported through 12 months Stage 2 enrollment is progressing as planned. All Stage 2 participants have completed their 1-month visit, with many already through their 3- and 6-month follow-up visits. We anticipate completion of 12-month data collection for all Stage 2 participants by early Q2 2027, followed by a PMA submission to the FDA anticipated a few months later. Envoy Medical CEO Brent Lucas shared: “While the study remains ongoing and these interim results are preliminary, these data reinforce our conviction that the future of cochlear implants is in fully implanted devices using Invisible Hearing® technology.” Learn more here: https://hubs.li/Q04pvR9T0 CAUTION The fully implanted Acclaim Cochlear Implant is an investigational device. • As you celebrate the Fourth of July, don't forget to protect your hearing. Fireworks can exceed 150dB - loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage. Wearing hearing protections and keeping a safe distance can help preserve your hearing for years to come. Wishing everyone a safe and happy independence day!

  • Healthy Vision Month highlights the importance of sight—but in practice, vision rarely operates in isolation. In clinical populations, vision and hearing loss frequently co-occur—and when they do, the impact is not additive, it’s functional. If a patient has vision loss, they rely more heavily on hearing for: - Communication - Environmental awareness - Safety cues If a patient has hearing loss, they rely more heavily on vision for: - Speechreading and visual context - Navigation - Social engagement When both systems are impaired, that compensation mechanism breaks down. Patients experience: - Reduced ability to interpret environmental cues - Increased cognitive load during communication - Higher risk of falls and functional decline - Greater likelihood of social isolation Shared risk factors—particularly in older adults—include: - Diabetes - Cardiovascular disease - Neurologic conditions - Age-related degeneration This is why dual sensory screening matters. Not just to identify two conditions—but to understand how they interact. Healthy vision—and hearing—means preserving the sensory redundancy patients depend on every day. #patientcenteredcare #HearingInnovation #PatientEducation

  • Millions of adults in the US qualify for cochlear implants, yet many remain untreated due to reluctance to wear a traditional external device on or around the ear. At Envoy Medical (NASDAQ: COCH), we're working to change that. Our investigational Acclaim® cochlear implant is a first-of-its-kind, fully implanted hearing device, placed entirely beneath the skin, leveraging the ear's natural anatomy to capture sound. Our Invisible Hearing® technology is designed to support patients who are not interested in conventional systems. We believe that's a significant, underpenetrated market opportunity.
