  • ICYMI: On Wednesday, August 5th, El Paso County broke ground on the new Ascarate Park Headquarters approved by voters as part of the 2024 Capital Imprpvement Bond! The new single-story, approximately 8,000 square-foot facility will serve as the central administrative office for El Paso County Parks & Recreation Department. By relocating the administrative offices closer to the park entrance, visitors will have easier access to County staff for reservations, permits, information and other services without having to navigate through the park, improving convenience and the overall visitor experience.
