Memory care is one of the hardest environments for automation. Wyncote Place made it work. What made the difference was flexibility. Direct Supply and SoftBank Robotics America worked with the Wyncote team to adapt the program around resident needs, staff judgment, and daily routines. Autonomous where it fit. More staff control where needed. A program that adjusted to the community. See how Wyncote brought robotics into a high-acuity memory care environment. Last week, Direct Supply partners came together for our Puppy Pawp-Up event to support the Wisconsin Humane Society. The event kicked off with a parade, followed by food trucks, treats, and professional pet photos, all in support of the Wisconsin Humane Society. Turnout was strong, and it was great to see so many Partners (and their dogs) show up to support animals in need across Wisconsin. Thank you to everyone who participated and to the Wisconsin Humane Society for joining us!

Congratulations to Data-Driven Wisconsin on another successful conference! We were proud to sponsor and help host the 2026 event at the Milwaukee School of Engineering and our Direct Supply Innovation Technology Center. Thank you to keynote speakers Aaron Erickson of NVIDIA and Raja Mukerji of ExtraHop for sharing their insights on AI and software engineering, and to every speaker, panelist, and attendee who made the day such a valuable one for our data and AI community. Direct Supply is honored to support the growth of Wisconsin's data and AI community, and we look forward to seeing what Data-Driven Wisconsin has planned next.

Direct Supply® pac-IQ is pleased to announce that an integration with Epic is available now, giving post-acute providers a centralized way to receive, review, and respond to referrals sent by hospitals using Epic, directly within the pac-IQ referral management platform. With pac-IQ as the operational hub for all referral activity, including referrals sent through alternate channels such as eFax and referral aggregator platforms, organizations can create more consistent intake workflows across facilities and grow their relationships with hospital partners. What if the Senior Living workforce crisis isn't really about staffing? Amit Garg, Business Strategy Associate at Direct Supply, reframes it as a capacity problem: work backing up at the front, middle, and back of the queues, inside and outside the community. Adding headcount doesn't fix a workflow that's already stuck. His take on where to focus instead: https://lnkd.in/gMSE9Rrw

Direct Supply reposted this
Direct Supply's PAC (Political Action Committee) members voted to direct all 2026 PAC matching funds to a single organization, and they chose the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It's a meaningful reflection of how deeply their members care about the mission we carry forward every day. Thank you so much!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon focused on the latest research and practical takeaways for lifelong brain health.
We are so thankful for all the attendees at our Alzheimer's Association Wisconsin Chapter Board-led Women's Health & Alzheimer's Symposium on August 5. We walked away with a better understanding of why women have a higher risk of developing the disease and where research is going to help thanks to Dr. Karyn Frick, a researcher at UW-Milwaukee funded by the Alzheimer's Association. We also learned how we can create better habits to lower our risk thanks to Board Member and pathologist Dr. David Ferguson. Special shout out to Board Member Sharon Jordan and Direct Supply for leading the charge and hosting in their space. We can't wait to host another event like this!

Is Senior Living focused on the wrong AI risk? As workforce constraints grow and resident needs become more complex, Justin Smith, Senior Manager of Innovation at Direct Supply, argues it's time to rethink the conversation. The question isn't simply whether AI introduces risk. It's whether the greater risk is missing the insights that could improve care and support better decisions. You don't have to set foot in a capitol building to be an advocate. Christine Roberts, Director of Political Programs at Direct Supply, says every reassuring conversation with a family and every resident who feels a little safer is already advocacy. Washington needs to hear those stories, too. Read Christine's take → https://lnkd.in/gykENC54
