We're pleased to announce that David Deno will become our next Chief Executive Officer and join our Board of Directors, effective August 10, 2026. This follows a comprehensive succession planning and search process led by the Board. David brings more than four decades of restaurant and retail leadership experience, with a strong track record in operational excellence, guest experience, and team member engagement. We are confident he is the right leader to build on Cracker Barrel's legacy and momentum as we continue to focus on delivering delicious food, exceptional guest experiences, and long-term value for our shareholders. David succeeds Julie Masino, who is stepping down as CEO and board member, effective August 10. We're grateful for Julie's leadership, and she will remain in an advisory role through October 9, 2026 to help ensure a smooth transition. We look forward to welcoming David to the Cracker Barrel family!
