Our look back at Clark’s history continues with the years 1966–1975 – a decade that transformed how we build. To deliver complex landmarks like I.M. Pei’s L'Enfant Plaza, we became one of the first US contractors to adopt the tower crane. Combined with expanding into Richmond and Atlanta, entering the transit and wastewater sectors, and launching our self-perform foundation capabilities, these years established Clark as a national force. Progress is moving quickly at the Pimlico Race Course as our team prepares the site for the 2027 Preakness Stakes. Our team is currently working on steel erection for the stakes barns, Preakness barns, and paddock, with site utilities expected to reach 90 percent completion by the end of August. Newly released renderings from Tepper Sports & Entertainment showcase a new era for Bank of America Stadium. Serving as construction manager – in a joint venture with D.A. Everett Construction Group – for this massive, multi-year renovation, we're working alongside CAA ICON and HOK to bring these fan-driven upgrades to life. The updated visuals showcase expanded social spaces, upgraded technology, and design elements inspired by the character of the Carolinas. The C3M Power Systems team was honored to participate in the Maryland National Guard’s historic 250th oath enlistment ceremony in Baltimore. During the event, C3M Division President Chuck Tomasco, Jr., P.E., DBIA accepted the Above and Beyond Award in recognition of C3M’s support of employees who serve in the Maryland National Guard during activation, and signed a formal Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve. The future of Garden Grove, California, is becoming a reality with the new 103,000-square-foot public safety facility for the Garden Grove Police Department, which has officially achieved its temporary certificate of occupancy!
