Members of the CNA Business Relations team recently stepped away from their desks to volunteer at Derby Day, an annual event hosted by the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation. The event brought together employees, vendor partners, and community supporters for an evening centered on connection and impact, raising a record-breaking $2.7M for 30 local nonprofit organizations. Our team helped support the event by running game tables and engaging with guests throughout the evening. While the activities made for a fun atmosphere, the most meaningful part was the opportunity to connect with attendees and help contribute to an experience that supports local nonprofit organizations across our community. The Duck Donuts Franchise Owners Conference in Orlando brought together franchise owners, leadership, and vendor partners to connect, collaborate, and share ideas for the future of the brand. During the event, CNA was honored to receive the Vendor of the Year Award. This recognition reflects direct feedback from franchise partners and highlights the service, responsiveness, and partnership mindset our team brings to every interaction. Spending time in person with franchisees added even more meaning to the relationships we typically build over email and phone. In addition to the conference, CNA supported the Duck Donuts Community Care initiative by helping assemble 500 care bags for individuals undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Developed in partnership with AdventHealth Cancer Institute in Orlando, the bags were created to provide comfort and small moments of care during treatment visits.
