Great food doesn’t happen by accident. At Cargill, it starts with sensory science. Our R&D experts combine science, consumer insights and human perception to understand what keeps people reaching for the same foods again and again. From aroma and flavor to texture and even sound, we study how all 5 senses shape every bite.

India’s first White Revolution turned a milk deficient nation into the world’s largest milk producer. Today, White Revolution 2.0 presents the next opportunity to improve productivity, strengthen farmer livelihoods, and build a more resilient dairy ecosystem. With the world's largest cattle population but productivity still below global benchmarks, the focus is increasingly shifting from expanding herd size to improving animal health, nutrition, and farm management. At Cargill, we are helping advance this transformation through science led nutrition and smarter farm technologies that enable farmers unlock the full potential of their herds. From tailored feed formulations to digital advisory platforms and data driven monitoring, our solutions support farmers at every stage. Yet technology delivers impact only when paired with farmer capability building. Strengthening collaboration across government, cooperatives, and industry will be critical to scaling these solutions. Ravinder Balain, President of Cargill India & Vice President, ANH, South Asia, shares more on how India can build a dairy sector that delivers higher productivity, improved farmer livelihoods, and a more resilient food system. Healthy soil is one of agriculture's greatest assets. 🌱 It helps support stronger crops, greater biodiversity and more resilient farms. But building healthier soils takes time, knowledge and the right support. That's why we're partnering with PepsiCo and French COOPERATIVE AGRICOLE DE LA TRICHERIE to help farmers like Aurélie adopt regenerative agriculture practices through agronomic support, training and collaboration. Because the future of food starts in the field.

From farms and ports to communities and kitchen tables, agricultural trade helps keep people connected to the food they rely on. “The global food system relies on a strongly connected system to move food from where it’s grown to where it’s needed,” says Roger Watchorn, who leads our agricultural supply chain. For 160 years, we’ve worked across the food system to keep food moving across 70 countries and 125 markets. Because resilient food systems feed us all. https://lnkd.in/ekUvDeFt
