Bonnie was at Birch Run before the paint was dry. She came to Camping World with a year of dealership experience already under her belt, joining the day the Birch Run store opened in Spring of 2021. Starting in BD, she found her way to accounting, and now she's the one making sure every vendor gets paid on time. Her advice after six years: stay flexible and embrace the change, because the way things get done will keep evolving, and that's a good thing.

Leadership development is never finished. Great opportunity to spend time with an outstanding group of General Managers from our East Division for a focused Leadership Workshop sharpening our skills, challenging our thinking, and fine-tuning how we lead our people and operate our businesses. The second half of 2026 is here, and the expectations are clear: lead with purpose, execute with discipline, and continue raising the standard. The best leaders stay curious, stay coachable, and never stop improving. Thank you to everyone who invested the time, energy, and engagement. Now it’s time to take it back to our teams and turn development into results. Accelerate through the finish. Let’s go! #Leadership #CampingWorld #GeneralManagers #Execution #TeamDevelopment

After 10 weeks, our 2026 interns have officially wrapped their summer with us, and nearly half are already returning for full-time positions, part-time roles, and second internships. Over the summer they gave back through Feed My Starving Children, explored a dealership with the Island Lake team, and learned from leaders across the company. Thank you all for a great summer. We cannot wait to see where you go next. #CampingWorldIntern #CampingWorld

Today marks exactly one year since I stepped into the General Manager role at Camping World of Madison. Looking back, what I’m most proud of isn’t one number, one month, or one accomplishment. It’s the team we’ve built and the progress we’ve made together. This group has worked through challenges, embraced change, raised the standard, and continued to get better. We’ve strengthened our leadership, improved our processes, cleaned up inventory, and delivered some great results—but none of that happens without a team that cares and is willing to put in the work. I’m also incredibly thankful for our growing customer base and the loyalty they continue to show us. Every customer who chooses to do business with us, comes back to see us, refers a friend, or leaves us a great review plays a huge part in what we’re building. We’ve come a long way in one year, but we’re nowhere near finished. The foundation is stronger. The expectations are higher. The team is better. I’m proud of this group, proud of this store, and excited to see what we accomplish together over the next year!

Vermont, we're home! This July, we celebrated the official grand opening of Camping World's first-ever Vermont location in Saint Albans, and hundreds of families showed up to welcome us to the neighborhood. Opening a first-of-its-kind location isn't just a business milestone. It's a signal, that RV culture is alive and growing, that more families are choosing the open road, and that Vermont deserves a place to gear up for all of it. We're just getting started up there. Welcome to the family, Saint Albans!

Happy National Intern Day to our 2026 intern cohort! Ten weeks goes faster than you think. One day you're welcoming a group of bright, ambitious people through the door, and the next, you're watching them present work that actually moves the needle, asking questions that make you think, and bringing an energy into the office that is palpable. We are so proud of everything you've accomplished, and we can't wait to see where you go from here. #NationalInternDay #Internship

Meet Joel, an active duty United States Air Force member, a nonprofit founder, a father, and our July 2026 Hero of the Month. Four hours after his second daughter was born, he left for Basic Military Training. He arrived on his birthday. Not long after, he deployed. Near the end of that deployment he was selected to serve alongside an Army unit in Afghanistan, extending his time away and putting him in greater danger. His wife Emily knew more than she was ever told. She found medals and decorations tucked away in storage bins he never talked about. That Christmas, their oldest daughter told him she did not want any presents. She just wanted her daddy home. He came back changed. Like many veterans, the transition was hard. What helped was getting outside. Hunting. Being in the woods with people who understood. He started taking friends on trips, paying out of his own pocket. Then he turned it into something bigger. He founded Battlefield to Backwoods Veteran Outdoors, a nonprofit committed to reducing veteran and first responder suicide rates through the healing power of the outdoors. In their first year alone they hosted over 200 veterans and first responders across 10 states. Deer hunts, fishing trips, backcountry adventures. Getting people outside. Getting them back to themselves. At home he coaches his two daughters through wrestling, both state qualifiers. Every Tuesday he drives his wife's 84 year old grandfather to the American Legion so he can be around people. His wife Emily said it best. "He notices people. He cares. He shows up." Joel, you have spent your life quietly putting others first. It is time we put you first. Welcome to the Camping World family. We cannot wait to get you out on the road. Know a hero in your community? Nominate them → https://lnkd.in/gAyVm3N2
