Bloom Energy Reports Record Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Raises Full Year 2026 Guidance: Achieved record quarterly revenue of $1.065 billion, surpassing $1 billion for the first time. Delivered 166% year-over-year revenue growth, driven by 215% product revenue growth. Raises full year 2026 revenue guidance to $3.9 billion – 4.2 billion, representing 100% year-over-year growth at the midpoint.

Bloom's energy solutions support stadium operations while helping reduce emissions, with Gillette Stadium estimated to avoid nearly 1,500 metric tons of CO₂ annually.   As the world's attention turns to some of the biggest matches of the summer, we're reminded that every great fan experience depends on infrastructure that performs when it matters most.

Industrial Development Funding (IDF) and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. today announced a $1.7 billion project investment as part of a broader commitment to support the deployment of Bloom Energy fuel cell technology for the build-out of Nebius’ AI cloud infrastructure.    IDF is the lead developer of the Nebius project, with minority equity participation from Oaktree. Morgan Stanley served as sole tax equity investor and placement agent for the tax equity financing, and MUFG Bank provided the senior debt financing.    The project will provide dedicated behind-the-meter power to help meet growing demand for the compute capacity underpinning Nebius' AI cloud platform.   Read more: https://lnkd.in/dD6tKRuJ

Preserving your water. Combustion-based power generation can be water intensive. Bloom fuel cells are not. A small amount of water is required for one-time use at startup. After that, the system is designed to run without additional water under normal operation.
