Engineering Adoption for MedTech Innovators

About us

Great MedTech does not win because it exists. It wins when the market understands it, trusts it, and adopts it. BMMG helps medical device, biotech, and diagnostics innovators move from product promise to market traction. We bring commercialization strategy, medical marketing execution, stakeholder messaging, PR, events, sales enablement, and deep healthcare experience together under one senior team. We are not here to simply make materials. We help clients make better commercialization decisions, avoid costly missteps, and build the clarity, confidence, and momentum required for adoption.

  • The fastest way to delay your regulatory submission? Start writing without a plan. Too many MedTech teams invest months preparing documentation, only to discover late in the process that key requirements, testing, or evidence were never addressed. Those discoveries don't just create extra work. They can cost valuable time, budget, and momentum. In this clip, we cover one planning practice that helps uncover those issues before they become expensive problems. 🎬 Watch the full webinar on YouTube to learn the complete approach and avoid common regulatory pitfalls: https://lnkd.in/g-kkyy3Q

  • Aging in place is no longer just a preference. Aging family members are digging in hard, and that’s creating a healthcare growth category. As more older adults choose to remain safely and independently at home, the market is rapidly expanding for technologies that make that possible: remote patient monitoring, fall detection, smart home safety tools, medication management, caregiver platforms, AI-enabled care insights, telehealth, transportation support and home-based care models. But here’s the watch-out: Great technology does not automatically become adopted technology. Companies in this space still need to answer the questions that matter to providers, payors, caregivers and partners: • Where does it fit? • Who does it help? • What problem does it solve? • What evidence supports it? • Is it affordable and available to me? • Why now? That is why BMMG has launched an Aging in Place Growth Practice, focused on helping aging-in-place innovators sharpen their positioning, clarify their value story, build trust with healthcare stakeholders and move from promising solution to engineered adoption. Because helping people remain safely independent is not just compassionate, it’s commercially brilliant. #AgingInPlace #AgeTech #HomeBasedCare #MedTech #DigitalHealth #HealthcareInnovation #BMMG

  • Investors rarely fund technology alone. They fund when they can see a credible path to adoption. As MedTech companies prepare for fundraising discussions, much of the focus goes to pitch decks, financial projections, and investor presentations. Those matter. But investors are often evaluating a more fundamental question: Will the market adopt this technology? A breakthrough innovation only creates value when it fits into clinical workflows, addresses a meaningful unmet need, and has a clear path to adoption. That's why the strongest fundraising stories go beyond the technology itself. They demonstrate: • Clear market positioning • Competitive differentiation • Customer demand • Adoption strategy • Commercial readiness At BMMG, we help companies bridge the gap between product performance and market adoption success. Through market research, voice-of-customer initiatives, commercialization planning, sales tools, outreach programs, and strategic messaging, we help innovators build the evidence and narratives that support adoption. Because the question investors are really asking isn't: "Does the technology work?" It's: "Can this innovation become standard practice?" The companies that can answer that question with confidence are often the ones that stand out with investors. What's the biggest adoption challenge facing your technology today? #MedTech #HealthcareInnovation #Fundraising #Commercialization #MedicalDevices

  • One of the biggest misconceptions in MedTech is that a Quality Management System (QMS) exists only to satisfy regulatory requirements. In reality, it should guide every stage of product development, from initial design through commercialization and beyond. When implemented early, a strong QMS does more than support cleaner submissions. It creates better products. Good documentation encourages better decision-making, helps teams identify risks sooner, uncovers design issues before they become manufacturing problems, and builds confidence heading into audits. If you're developing a medical device, this perspective can change the way you think about quality from day one. ▶️ Watch the full webinar on the BMMG YouTube channel for more practical insights into building quality into your development process from the start: https://lnkd.in/dseKCyzU #MedTech #MedicalDevices #QualityManagement #QMS #ProductDevelopment

  • Summer is meant for getting out on the water. Whether it's waterskiing, wakeboarding, or other high-energy activities, a split-second fall can create forces that place significant stress on the spine. While many people think of fractures as something that only affects older adults, spinal injuries can happen across a wide range of ages and activities. That's why innovation in vertebral compression fracture (VCF) care continues to matter. At BMMG, we're proud to support companies like Amber Implants that are developing new approaches in the spine and VCF space. Bringing a technology to market requires more than a great product. It takes strategic marketing, market access planning, clinical storytelling, physician engagement, and commercial execution. Our role goes beyond generating awareness. We help engineer adoption by connecting innovative technologies with the clinicians, health systems, payers, and stakeholders who can champion their value. Because recognition is only the first step. Meaningful impact happens when innovation is understood, trusted, and integrated into clinical practice. What summer activities are on your calendar this year? #MedTech #SpineHealth #VertebralCompressionFracture #MedicalDeviceMarketing #HealthcareInnovation

  • ✨ Meet the Team: Nicole Bichsel Great work starts with people who bring diverse experiences and fresh perspectives to every project. Today, we're excited to welcome Nicole Bichsel. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Med from the University of Northern Colorado before building a strong foundation in clinical pathology. As an autopsy technician intern with coroner offices in Louisville, Kentucky, and Denver, Colorado, followed by more than three years as an autopsy assistant with LCMC Health in New Orleans, she developed expertise in anatomy, pathology, clinical documentation, and the precision required in medical environments. Today, Nicole brings that same scientific perspective to BMMG, where she supports event coordination and social media management. Whether she's helping execute a conference, coordinating logistics behind the scenes, or creating content that connects with healthcare audiences, Nicole combines analytical thinking with creativity to help every project run smoothly. Her unique background allows her to understand the science behind our clients' innovations while contributing to the strategic marketing efforts that help bring those innovations to market. It's one of the many ways BMMG serves as an extension of our clients' commercial teams. We're proud to have Nicole on the BMMG team and grateful for the organization, expertise, and positive energy she brings to every project. #TeamSpotlight #MedicalMarketing #MedTech #HealthcareMarketing #BMMG

  • "We'll address that sometime before submission." For many MedTech teams, statements like that are where problems begin. Quality systems get postponed. Documentation gets deferred. Processes remain informal while development moves forward. Then submission preparation starts. Teams suddenly find themselves searching for missing records, recreating development history, and addressing documentation gaps that could have been avoided from the beginning. The result? More work, more stress, and a more difficult review process. This educational webinar explores why quality systems and regulatory readiness should be built into product development from day one. You'll learn: • Why early QMS implementation matters • The quality system elements regulators expect to see • Common causes of additional information requests • Practical steps to improve submission readiness • A straightforward pre-submission checklist If you're developing a medical device or preparing for a regulatory submission, this session is designed to provide practical, actionable guidance. 📅 Join us TOMORROW, July 21 at 1:00 PM ET Register here: https://lnkd.in/dcEA9c68 #MedTech #MedicalDevices #QualityManagement #RegulatoryAffairs #FDAReadiness

  • Before a clinician, investor, strategic partner, or health system stakeholder ever takes a meeting, there’s a good chance they search for you first. What they find matters. For early-stage healthcare companies, digital visibility is part of credibility. It helps reinforce that your company is active, relevant, and building momentum in the market. BMMG’s backlinking support service helps medical innovators strengthen that visibility through a simple, done-for-you approach: ✓ SEO-optimized content ✓ Relevant third-party publishing placements ✓ Targeted keyword and anchor text strategy ✓ Monthly reporting to track progress It’s not a replacement for your broader commercialization strategy - it’s a visibility layer that helps support it. For companies working to move from “promising innovation” to “recognized market presence,” BMMG can help. #MedTechMarketing #HealthcareMarketing #HealthcareInnovation #Commercialization #DigitalVisibility

  • A strong submission is more than a collection of documents. It tells a clear, complete story of how a device was developed, evaluated, and controlled throughout the development process. When documentation is incomplete, quality processes are inconsistent, or records are created after the fact, submissions can become more difficult to review and questions often follow. That's why successful regulatory readiness starts long before a submission is assembled. Join us for a one-hour educational webinar covering: ✅ The role of a Quality Management System ✅ When to implement quality processes and documentation ✅ The core elements regulators examine ✅ Common mistakes that can impact submission timelines ✅ Practical quality controls that can help reduce review delays ✅ A live Q&A session Whether you're building your first quality system or preparing for an upcoming submission, you'll leave with practical insights you can apply immediately. 📅 Join us Tuesday, July 21 at 1:00 PM ET Reserve your spot: https://lnkd.in/dx_ZfMq5 #MedicalDevices #MedTech #QualitySystems #RegulatoryStrategy #ProductDevelopment
