A 90" piece used to take one of his guys 20 to 25 minutes to leather by hand with brushes on a pneumatic polisher. Now his crew swaps the brushes onto the Straight 8 using the magnetic quick change and runs the part through in about two minutes. We asked him the question every fabricator asks: does the texture actually match a factory-leathered slab? His answer — "Match is perfect."
