  • Attention has been named in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Action Orchestration as a Niche Player, placed highest in Ability to Execute among Niche Players and second in Completeness of Vision. We're one of only two AI-native startups in the report. Most of the vendors next to us have been around for over a decade. When we started Attention, the mission was simple: help every revenue team reach its full potential. Not record more calls or build more dashboards. Actually move revenue. We made a few choices early on: 1. Start from the conversation. Every call, email, and meeting is the most complete data a revenue team has. While legacy tools were storing it, we were acting on it, from CRM updates to automated coaching and forecasting. 2. Agents that do end-to-end work instead of reports, integrating with 200+ other platforms and sources of truth. 3. Own the outcome. One of our customers tripled revenue per AE on a team of 70 sellers, within 6 months of using our product. This is our North Star. Thank you to our customers for betting on a young company, to our team for shipping what the category didn't have yet, and to the Gartner analysts for the rigor they put into this. 34% of AI-first GTM buyers. Of every company on Ramp that bought AI-first GTM software in the last 12 months, 34% bought Attention. The next vendor is at 15%. Ramp just released the most-purchased AI vendor in each category, based on real spend data. We're #1 in AI-First GTM, again, on the same list as Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and a few other legendary companies. What I hear from customers reflects the data. One of them just tripled (!!!) revenue per AE on a team of 70 sellers, in 5 months, using Attention. More on that one soon. We also run Attention to fuel our own growth every day, and Q3 was our strongest quarter ever. Q4 is already ahead of it. ps. we're hiring across several roles - Engineers, founding PMM, Value Creation Lead (ex-MBBs), and GTM. We have insane talent density, with operators moving at the speed and with the autonomy of founders. Join us!

For years, we said no to small startups. We just couldn't support them the way we wanted to. That changes today. Attention is part of Anthropic's new Claude Startup Stack, and we're the first and only revenue product in it, next to Linear, Lovable, ElevenLabs, Retool, and others we use and love. Being the fastest growing company in our category means we finally have the team to do this right. For the first time, we can work with the small, scrappy, Claude-pilled startups that are building for the future. A lot of them look like we did, so saying yes was easy. If you're in the Claude Startups program, you'll find us in the Claude console. Or reach out in the comments and our team will help. ps. so much more to come 🙂 q3 was incredible and q4 is getting even better

For 5 years I sold AI into one of the most opaque data sources in business: contracts. Conversations have the same problem, and it's bigger. Every customer call holds why a deal closed or slipped, which competitor came up, which objection nobody prepped for. That signal should feed every decision a customer-obsessed business makes. Transcripts are a commodity but intelligence is rare. So I've joined Attention as Head of Partnerships. Attention turns conversations into GTM intelligence that drives coaching, forecasting and pipeline. I literally onboarded using the product. We run on it all day, every day, to inform every decision we make. The value is self-evident to me and our customers, and it's probably why we're dominating Ramp's adoption data. Three asks: 👉 Sellers: who do you trust most in GTM and RevOps transformation? I'm looking for great partners! 👉 Partners: if you help revenue teams modernize, my DMs are open! 👉 Everyone: I'm in SF for Tech Week. Would love to talk AI-native GTM.

Raising $50M With NO SALES Experience, with Anis Bennaceur Anthropic Pays Musk $1.25B a Month, OpenAI Kills a Model, AMD Buys World Labs. Anis is the co-founder and CEO of Attention, the AI layer that sits on a revenue team's conversations and then runs the work that comes after them, from the CRM updates to the next play. They raised a $30M Series B this summer led by RTP Global, they serve more than 500 customers including Lovable, Scale and BambooHR, revenue is up 4x in a year, and they run over 20 million agent actions a month. Today he covers why he thinks the incumbents in his category can't go AI native, what happens to the CRM, and what a sales rep should stop doing this week.

Every founder scrolling this praying for a Fortune-100 whale in month three needs to hear what Anis Bennaceur said on the Surf & Sales podcast this week. His whale showed up. It almost killed him. Anis is the co-founder and CEO of Attention.com. In their first three weeks going to market, a top-of-the-market logo inbounded and wanted to buy. InfoSec killed the deal because Attention was too small. Anis on air. "It was the best thing that could have happened to us. We would have gotten destroyed." Every founder who romanticizes the mega-deal at pre-product-market-fit misses this. The whale you cannot support kills your reputation, your team, and your company. Losing that deal early is a gift. Anis's larger frame for founders is worth stealing. Every founder should personally close the first $200-300K of ARR before hiring a sales rep. Not delegate it. Sell it. Anis still takes customer calls in the mid-to-late seven figures and requires his CTO co-founder to do the same. And he was radically honest about founding-AE equity. His first AEs got 0.3 to 0.4 percent, roughly 10x market. When they performed, it grew. His founding AE Jacob went from 0.4 to 0.7 percent inside year one and is now head of sales. Most founders pinch founding-AE equity and lose their best sellers 18 months in. Anis's approach is the opposite. Reward the reps who built the first million because they are the reason the next ten million is possible. Surf & Sales Summit is this fall in Costa Rica. 20 people, 5 days. https://lnkd.in/gTMXfRFW Full conversation is live.
