Advaita Bio's iSCanGuide v3.0 is out. Researchers can draw a region on a slice of tissue, run statistical analysis against it, and save the result for a collaborator to replay later, now across tens of millions of cells. Atomic Object has been rebuilding the front end and the experience researchers work in directly. Developers Nathaniel Gittlen and Viviana R. and Designer Jenn Carr are the Atoms on the project. It has been a pleasure to be part of this team! Congratulations to everyone at AdvaitaBio on the release.
iSCanGuide™ v3.0 is here. Analyze tens of millions of cells — interactively and in a fraction of the time. For experienced researchers, analyses that were possible before but slow and resource-intensive can now become faster, iterative workflows. For researchers without deep computational expertise, the redesigned iSCanGuide™ makes it possible to run meaningful single-cell and spatial projects independently — without supervision or support. Researchers and scientists are stretched thin — short on time, and constrained on resources and cost. iSCanGuide™ v3.0 gives them a way to run multiple projects at once, turning work that used to take months or years into hours. iSCanGuide™v3.0 scales to tens of millions of cells and adds AI-powered atlas-level annotation, two trajectory inference methods — including a new spatially-aware approach — and analysis provenance you can track and share. The result: less time managing analysis and more time asking the next scientific question. Built by our team: Milan Parikh (lead), Tim, Nader Naghavi, Nate, Graeme Fawcett, and Radu Vanciu — with support from Jenn and Vivianna, our partners at Atomic Object.
