Proud to be partnering with MUIP. Their support, alongside our other investors, has helped fuel the momentum we announced this week: $500B+ in private assets now on the Arch platform.

===Japanese follows English=== We are pleased to announce that MUIP has invested in Arch, a New York-based startup providing a digital platform for private markets💫   Arch leverages AI and machine learning to automate the collection, standardization, analysis, and reporting of unstructured data across the private markets ecosystem   As private markets continue to grow, many investment management and reporting processes remain fragmented and highly manual. Arch addresses these challenges through advanced automation, an intuitive user experience, and flexible system integrations. Looking ahead, Arch aims to further enhance AI-powered investment analysis, automate capital call workflows, and strengthen reporting capabilities, ultimately transforming private markets data into decision-ready intelligence🔭   Through this investment, MUIP looks forward to supporting Arch’s growth and collaborating across the MUFG network to create new value for our customers and the broader financial ecosystem🌈 ☑️ Arch's release: https://lnkd.in/eSMEPai4 ☑️ MUIP's release: https://lnkd.in/g42nP4_W

We've surpassed $500 billion in private market assets on the Arch platform, more than doubling over the past year. At the same time, happy to share that MUFG Innovation Partners and Franklin Templeton were strategic investors in our Series B, previously undisclosed until today. As existing Arch customers, their participation reflects the growing demand for technology infrastructure that manages the complexity of private markets. As private markets continue to evolve, we're focused on building infrastructure that gives allocators greater efficiency, transparency and intelligence in their investment operations. Thank you to our customers, partners and team for reaching this milestone with us.

Private markets access is becoming a retention question for RIAs, not a product gap. Firms that treat it as core to the client relationship keep their best households. The ones that don't will watch those clients find access somewhere else. Arch collects documents across GP portals, capital statements, K-1s, and more, then pulls the underlying values to drive insights across an RIA's client base. Clients can also add held away assets, for a full picture without a dedicated ops team. PitchBook named Arch among the platforms making this shift possible for RIAs. Mercer Advisors is a case in point. Their CIO doesn't measure the firm's proprietary vehicle by the $100M it raised. He measures it by the $3B in client wealth it keeps. More RIAs are moving this direction, and it's one of the ways firms build with Arch. Reach out if you want to talk through what that could look like for your firm.

Meet the Arch Class of 2026. This group now represents roughly a tenth of our company. Most startups treat early career hiring as a risk to manage. We've made it one of our most deliberate investments. The bet: find high-potential people, give them real ownership early, and support them well enough that they grow alongside the business instead of behind it. It's the same discipline we apply to the product. Arch is building better systems for an industry that outgrew its old ones. This program is that instinct applied to talent: thoughtful, rigorous, built to scale. What we look for looks a lot like how we work: ambitious, curious, detail-oriented, open-minded, collaborative. Long term, we want Arch to be where early career talent in fintech comes to start. This class says we're on our way.

At our recent Client Advisory Board, one theme cut across every session: private markets have always been data-rich and insight-poor. The information was there yet nobody had built the infrastructure to surface it. The firms winning aren't the ones with the most data. They're the ones with the right answer before the client asks. Our new CTO, Keith Soura, calls it a human magnification strategy: AI takes the manual work off allocators' desks so their time goes to the relationships that actually drive the business. Machines handle the operational complexity. People handle the relationships. We saw it in practice when the SpaceX IPO hit. Arch didn't wait for clients to come looking for their exposure. We surfaced it before they asked. The best-served clients are the ones who never have to ask. That's the gap Arch is built to close. At a recent Arch event, Monica DiCenso, Head of Global Investment Opportunities, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, painted a picture of where wealth management is headed and it's a genuinely exciting one for advisors ready to meet it. Portfolio personalization is becoming the expectation for every client relationship, with direct indexing leading the way. Clients now want to mirror an index while excluding specific stocks, sectors, or geographies they don't want, or overweighting the ones they believe in rather than investing in a generic fund. Access to alternative investment deals is opening up fast. Secondaries and new fund structures are putting more opportunities in front of more advisors every quarter, a sign of how quickly this part of the market is maturing. The benefits of company-wide AI adoption are showing up in company financials. JPMorgan's own analysis shows that public companies actively and effectively adopting AI in their operations are seeing roughly 300 basis points higher profit margins than those that aren't. And since many AI-native businesses are staying private longer, the best way to get real exposure to the companies with that measurable, structural advantage is through alternatives. Advisors who gain an edge in this environment are building genuinely personalized strategies for every client. They move on new opportunities quickly. And they're looking to weight client portfolios toward the next generation of companies building real value. That edge increasingly runs through alternatives but scaling an alternative allocation exposes an infrastructure gap most firms haven't solved. Every manager runs its own portal, its own format, its own cadence, which turns performance tracking, capital calls, and tax reporting into a manual chase across a dozen different logins. Arch was built to close that gap. Arch simplifies K-1 and document collection, capital calls, reporting, giving wealth advisors the ability to manage, monitor and gain performance insights across private equity, venture capital, and other private investments.

As private equity portfolios grow, operational complexity grows with them. For Churchill Asset Management, managing capital calls, fund documents, and investor reporting across dozens of portals had become increasingly difficult to scale. With Arch, Churchill saves more than 45 hours per week on document collection and has established a centralized source of truth for fund-investment information, helping stay on top of capital calls. Thank you to Chris Schultz and the entire Churchill team for their partnership and trust as we worked together to streamline fund-investment operations and improve visibility across their alternatives portfolio. Private markets have always been data-rich and insight-poor. The information exists but the infrastructure to surface it hasn't. Today we're welcoming Keith Soura as Arch's Chief Technology Officer to close that gap. Keith builds systems that get stronger as they scale, most recently leading engineering at Better.com. He joins to take Arch beyond automating the work of private markets to anticipating what’s needed and what matters across a portfolio before clients have to ask. Welcome, Keith. https://lnkd.in/gVdWwhB6

Last week we brought our Client Advisory Board together and then mostly got out of the way. The best part of the day wasn't us presenting. It was our clients running the room. Four client-led sessions on the questions everyone's wrestling with in 2026: the real tech stack, where edge actually comes from, advisor ops in the AI era, and what's ahead. Then we opened our roadmap and got feedback on where we go next. That's how we build: client-forward, in the open, with industry leaders in the room. More from each session in the coming weeks.

What makes Arch special is our people. The talent, curiosity, and quality of thinking on display throughout this year's Sh-Arch Tank were exceptional. Congratulations to all the participants and winners. We're proud to have such an ambitious and thoughtful team helping shape the future of Arch. 🚀

At Arch, we talk a lot about ownership, judgment, problem-solving, and the ability to drive meaningful impact. Sh-Arch Tank is where our associates get to put those skills into practice. Over the past 14 weeks, our Operations, Support and Data Operations Associates stepped into the role of consultants, identifying real business opportunities and challenges that the company faces. Our four teams were asked to identify an internal problem, dig into real data, and develop recommendations that could realistically be implemented. Their final presentations were judged by our leadership team on whether the right problem was identified, they grounded their recommendations in evidence, thought critically about tradeoffs, and built a credible path to execution. A huge congratulations to Brian Chu, David Trencher, Lyla Carlson, Savitha Nair, Trip Mize, and team captain Jillian Holweger on becoming our 2026 Sh-Arch Tank champions, and to every associate who participated. The quality of thinking, preparation, collaboration, and discussion throughout the process was truly impressive. Another congratulations to Chase Baker for leading the Sh-Arch Tank competition. Chase not only designed and executed the competition flawlessly, but also supported, coached, and worked with each team over the 14-week competition to ensure they were as prepared as possible for their final presentations. What I’ve enjoyed most is seeing our associates grow into confident communicators, sharper thinkers, and stronger operators. Helping shape Arch’s Early Careers experience is genuinely one of my favorite parts of the job. I’m really proud of all of our associates, and I’m excited to see what they achieve next at Arch! #EarlyCareers #RotationalProgram #AltsInvestments #LeadershipDevelopment #LearningAndDevelopment #FinTech #Arch
