We are currently preparing to establish a new subsidiary in Nashville, focusing on the cryptocurrency derivatives market and short-term cryptocurrency options trading. This subsidiary is expected to officially launch on November 1, 2026. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategically visionary Director of Financial Infrastructure to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of the financial systems and infrastructure for our new Nashville subsidiary. You will be responsible for building a robust, secure, and scalable financial infrastructure to support cryptocurrency derivatives trading, settlement, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of the financial infrastructure for the cryptocurrency derivatives and short-term options trading business. Oversee the development of systems related to trade acquisition, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure the infrastructure supports high availability, security, scalability, and regulatory requirements in the digital asset environment. Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams to align infrastructure with business needs. Manage relationships with technology vendors, custodians, banks, and infrastructure providers. Establish and monitor performance metrics, system reliability, and operational risk controls. As subsidiaries scale, build and mentor a high-performing financial infrastructure team. Drive continuous improvement and technology modernization initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in financial infrastructure, systems architecture, or fintech operations, with experience building or scaling financial systems in regulated environments. Understanding U.S. regulatory requirements for digital assets and financial infrastructure. Excellent technical skills, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with cloud infrastructure, trading systems, and financial data platforms is preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
