Aetsoft is in London this week for our UK roadshow. We are meeting teams shaping financial and customer infrastructure across stablecoins, digital assets, AI, and customer engagement. For us, the most interesting part is where the product leaves the slide and starts working for people. If you are in London this week and would like to exchange views, message us and we will find a time. #Fintech #Stablecoins #DigitalAssets #AI #CustomerEngagement #Loyalty #MarTech #Aetsoft

Tokenized securities need a clear way out after they are issued. A bulletin board can be a practical first step. Investors can show that they want to buy or sell, while the platform still checks who is allowed to trade, whether the transfer can happen, and who needs to approve it. We covered how to build a compliant bulletin board for tokenized securities in our guide: https://lnkd.in/ewtqXgjN #Tokenization #SecurityTokens #DigitalAssets #RWA #Fintech #BulletinBoard #SecondaryMarket

What happens when a tokenized asset is ready for one market, but not yet built for the next? Nicolas Grebenkine's article titled "The Cross-Border Tokenization Problem in Europe", discusses why expanding tokenization projects from Switzerland into the EU often requires more than additional compliance paperwork. He reveals how custody, onboarding, eligibility, and reporting may need to be re-engineered to meet different regulatory standards. In almost every conversation about tokenizing securities, we end up with the same question: how do investors trade them later? There's usually a misconception underneath it, either borrowed from crypto (just connect the token to an exchange) or the simpler assumption that secondary trading is a feature you switch on. Neither holds up in practice. I wrote up how secondary trading for tokenized securities can actually work without a heavy trading-venue licence: what a bulletin board can and cannot do, where the real cost sits (it isn't the board), and the confusion I keep seeing between MiFID and MiCA, including which one actually applies to a tokenized security. This is my business and product development view. I'd like to hear how law and compliance teams see it, and what you've learned doing this in real projects. We're also looking for partners on the legal and compliance side. If that's you, DM me and let's talk. I've put together my thoughts on where to tokenize in Europe, starting with the two names that come up often in project discussions: Luxembourg and Switzerland. (I recently joined the Crypto Valley Association, so the Swiss side is close to home right now.) My short version: don't start with the rulebook. Start with where your investors and customers already are. The country usually follows. I’d like to open this up to people building, advising, investing, or structuring tokenized products: - Which setups are you seeing work best right now? - Swiss issuance for global investors? - Luxembourg for EU institutional distribution? - Luxembourg fund wrapper with German issuance? Something else entirely? - What makes the setup attractive in practice: investor access, speed, legal clarity, fund infrastructure, custody, tax, secondary market options, or operational simplicity? Austria and Germany are next, in the articles to come, so I’d be especially interested in examples from those markets too. Sharing a few thoughts on tokenization in Luxembourg and why its legal infrastructure matters for regulated digital asset products. The main idea is simple: regulation gives the foundation, but execution defines the product. For tokenized securities, funds, and other digital assets, legal structure, custody, compliance, reporting, onboarding, and platform architecture all need to work together. This is also close to our work at Aetsoft: helping teams turn regulated digital asset concepts into working infrastructure. Aetsoft joins the The Luxembourg House of Web3! Luxembourg is becoming a key European hub for digital assets. Under Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the country’s main financial regulator, there is a strong environment for building regulated digital asset products. The House of Web3 Luxembourg brings together 30+ leading Web3 companies. The goal is to responsibly build the future of blockchain technology. We are the technology partner for building digital asset products. Our clients tokenize securities and real world assets. We also help fintechs launch crypto to their users. We work end-to-end across product, technology, business, legal, and compliance to bring regulated Web3 products to market. What we build is designed around existing regulation: 🔹MICA 🔹MiFID II 🔹Blockchain Law IV “Joining House of Web3 Luxembourg gives Aetsoft a stronger connection to one of Europe’s most advanced digital-finance ecosystems. We see Luxembourg as an important market for regulated tokenization, custody infrastructure, and institutional Web3,” said Nicolas Grebenkine, CEO of Aetsoft. Looking forward to building together. #DigitalAssets #Fintech #Luxembourg
